Alex's content is the only content I listen to in 0.75 playback speed. His thinking is so quick. Try this out. I think you get more from it... it sticks more. At least for non-native speakers like me. INCREDIBLE VALUE and INTENSITY
I did the gift card method for Christmas. I operate a mobile detailing business in Sacramento and sold 61 gift cards. (They expired 3 months) and I detailed 86 vehicles in the first 90 days of the year. It's my birthday in July so I'm going to do this again but with a 60 day experation. All that to say. Implement it. Now I want to try the 2 other things he talked about and see how many more clients I can acquire and retain.
It’s cool to see another business owner near my area in the comments 👍. I’m a bookkeeper over in Sonora. Awesome you had good success on your first go around with this method.
I love you Alex 😁 I have read both of your book’s several times. Started making reels and it’s going great. Started offering free trauma therapy sessions and people have loved it. Then they just want to continue and I will soon be fully booked! Thank you, seriously thank you so much for what you do. You’re incredible.
I run an auto detailing business and i am definitely going to implement "You get paid to get me jobs" & Having them make the introduction for me at the end of every Job!
Thanks for sharing such an honest account of your entrepreneurial experiences! It's just as important to talk about the trials and tribulations of this journey as it is the triumphs and success.
We do this and it’s great at our medspa. Bring 3 new friends to us and get Botox for free. We acquire 3 patients who on average spend $1200 a year and we spent maybe $200 to acquire. Then we tell the new friends they can do the same thing next time bring 3 other new friends. These videos are great thanks Alex
this video is just a form of his tactics mentioned in the video. his end goal is you sign up for 1 or more services, then tell someone else. you think "for free" but it's conditioning you to build trust so you refer later.
All of these are genious but I literally just changed my CTA to get my first 5 free customers from "do you know someone" to "who do you know...". Thanks man.
I for sure will be implementing all of these sometime within the next 30 days and throughout the year. Just working out how to make it fit my company. I’ll be rewatching this many times to learn how! Thanks Alex for providing this invaluable information! I have a local event this weekend that could benefit from this!
Love the action-oriented eCTA Alex. I will do the referral for a discount one, simply bc at the stage I'm at, I need more social proof than revenue and I'm still dealing with some low-mid budget folk
This month I’m using the one where they ask for a discount and saying yes in return for 3 referrals I frequently have people asking for discounts and usually would give in so this will work perfectly for me I feel like a noob for not doing this already lol Thank you alex
I’m implementing the $100 per new customer and line “who else do you that would like this service”. I will also implement the discount approach if given three names.I really like the gift card idea I just have to crunch the numbers.
Truly appreciate your quality as well as the quantity of content you produce, but could you please in future produce some contents specialised or Product related businesses?
Specific marketing tricks in sales help customers themselves reach the best greatest good for both the customer and salesman; extremes seem to pull towards existential crisis
i'ld probably use the value discount-where I give 2x value (for 2x CAC)-cause im just starting out my business, & then will then use the 3-way one [which is my favourite-due to it's cost & evectivenedd] & just spring the free/$100 cash, at the point of sale-if you refer others.
90% of your Clients wont give you a review if you dont ask them directly. I just dmd my clients and said that it would help a lot. Boom. 20 more Reviews :)
These are gold. Unfortunately as a real estate agent, we legally can’t do most all of these. But it sparks ideas to try and find legal ways to do this.
Is it possible that you title the videos things that are more related to what the video is actually about? For example, this video is about getting referrals, could you name it in such a way that it's easy to find from a quick search. With how much valuable content you're putting out, our consumption has to also go up 😂 (which is great). However, sometimes I'm having a business challenge where I need some Hormozi wisdom on a particular topic and I know I've heard it before but I just don't know in which video. It'll save me the time of having to watch the first couple of minutes to get the context of the video. Alex, this is wonderful content that I'm grateful for.
good content !! I’d be retiring or working less in 8 years, and considering this financial recession, Im deciding to begin taking up skilled trades. I’m curious to know best how people split their pay, how much of it goes into savings, spendings or investments, I earn around $120K per year but nothing to show for it yet.
you should contribute to your retirement diligently, or better still look into financial planning don't come to youtube for advise, consult a local or trusted online broker/plannner
i agree with the comment above. I feel fortunate to have been introduced to money management at a young age. I started working full-time at 19 and bought my first home at 28. Fast forward to today, I'm 61 and although I was laid off in March 2020 during the lockdown, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I sought the advice of a financial planner to stay financially stable and made some savvy investments, which have brought me within 15% of reaching my goal of $1 million in wealth.
This is huge! I am eager to build up my reserves irrespective of the economic conditions. My 401k has significantly declined since early 2022, Can you point me in the right direction?need to rebuild
I’ve shuffled through a few experts in the past, but settled with ‘Monica Mary Strigle’. The strategy she uses is recession-proof, more specifically profit-oriented, and most likely, she's a renowned advisor.Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with

He got done with number 5 and was like "let us know which of these 7 you do." I thought I was still on number 1 and didnt realize they were all seperate things to do.
i am going to do the "hey, you wanna know how you can get this for FREE?" there's no better price than free! It's a psychologically powerful strategy that pays off in the long run. Solid tips Alex...thanks a bunch bro
How would you do these kind of offers when it comes to real estate transactions? What would be a free thing? Like a inspection report for sellers or appraisals for buyers?
we have a very low cac , how ever our turn around time is two slow for the amount of clients we are being referred, i’m thinking we need to hire and train better
Let’s say I’m not covering CAC in 30 days. Can I use one person who “prepaid” to pay my CAC for everyone. Equally as effective, not effective? I don’t see why not.
What do you do if your customers will never refer your Saas product, because you've built a tool so good, they don't want to let their competition know about it?

I'm checking out the course (thank you), and chuckled out loud at the pop-up above highlighting two options; the second being "No, no growth please".
I haven't finished watching the video but I INSTANTLY implemented the "refer someone and get paid" in my skool community. Let's goooo
Alex really is a common sense genius!!
Always love seeing new Hormozi videos
Three days inbetwen felt too long for maximum parasocial addiction. I recommend every day uploads
I know right, those 3 days costed me MILLIONS lmao
I was getting worried 😂
He ain't a bot 😂
Even if it's educational content, not good to encourage addiction...
Lmao
these type of videos are priceless

Good work!
Really good stuff. Customers trust WOM so much more than advertising........ and Alex is telling us how to get that for free.

This is GOLDEN 🔥 Alex! Thank you for blessing our lives with rare business gems like these. Thank you very much.

Thanks Alex for providing this invaluable information! I have a local event this weekend that could benefit from this!
I will try to use all of them when applicable but I will surely use the "Who else you know that would like this ..." method post close on sale.
Added “Who else do you know who might also want this” to my script. Thanks 💪🏾
I love this type of video. Straight actionable strategies. I will use a few of these
We do not deserve this man! 🙏 Thank you so much Alex!
Love the action-oriented eCTA Alex.
I will do the referral for a discount one, simply bc at the stage I'm at, I need more social proof than revenue and I'm still dealing with some low-mid budget folk
Keep up the good work! This shit works. I'm in the service business and I'm excited to keep using Alex insights.

I love that Ronnie reference at the very end
Finishing leads book. Eye opener and I do like it that is written for the kids, a grown up kids. 😂
Grown-up what? 😭
Definitely doing the referral cash bonus after closing. Love that idea
How easy is it to listen so much valuable content... executing when you are still looking for your first client is just harder
Dude I always listened to this stuff and now that I have a business it actually makes sense.😂
TOO MUCH VALUE! Can't take it in! Aaaaaaaaaaaaarhhhhhrg!
P.S Please keep up that cadence, we all love it ! ;)
The photos of the home and texting to other friends is huge in home improvement. I think we’re going to start asking reps to run that.
Alex , could you make more content on service based businesses specifically please?
@AlexHormozi please
Alex is the goat. Always insane value lol
I'll implement the tactic of paying my clients if they get me more clients.
Thank You for this amazing piece of content Alex, God Bless You!
These videos are amazing 👏
"THAT SLAYED FOR ME" IS CRAZYYY ALEXX
Thank you Alex
Alex is THE MAN. Nobody is offering more value then him on UA-cam. Thank you Alex!
Honestly I'll try the first 5 and I'll keep track of which work best for my biz

What is effective discount, I can’t find a definition that mends with what he’s saying at 11:28 . Can anyone explain?
I'm a simple man. I see Alex Hormozi video, I click.
You're doing well 😂

Any tips for getting reviews? A lot of the time people are very happy but forget to get us a review
Yes agreed
ask them👍

Yep same here (as a mortgage broker). Helps spin the wheels though!

I already do the customer photo part that works insanely well for getting reviews… but I didn’t send it to their friends
Those are some incredible tips
Your website hasn't been live. I checked a few weeks ago and now.
Thank you Alex for such contents
Gift cards for sure! Incredible strategy! Especially for recurring rev. 😅😮
I love this. But in insurance this is a no-no(rebating)Could you do something with referrals for that?
i am going to do the "hey, you wanna know how you can get this for FREE?"

I am actually going to use the discount for referral. I’m selling to a niche skin care market mostly for women.
Point of success referral ask is something I'm going to do.
Studying for my Hormozi University MBA. 😂

Nice Ronnie Hormozi quote! 🤣
Hi Alex, can you please show the math calculations on the board to explain it better.THanks a lot : )
Milking the crap out of everything love it
Bahahaha the last two seconds! 🤣🤣♥
I just realized that the channel I listen to most don't any cheesy intro song or video clip 😅😅😅
He recently decided to strip away all the fancy video stuff and just do great business content.
@@machinemaker2248 i know but even before that most (probably all) of his videos don't have an chessy intros

Interesting about the gift card idea, but how does this work if you’re not selling a product but doing business to business?
This being said does Skool have a referral program for my individual community yet?
You're awesome, man.
Is this working to B to B ? Especially in retail busines ?
Thank u alex ❤
who else generally listens youtube podcasts at 1.5 speed and hormozi at 0.75?
Good advice for consumer products but enterprise rules says “do not disclose suppliers”
21:02 ronnie coleman reference
Yeah buddy!
Great strategies
"Everybody wants to get customers, but ain't nobody wants to ask for referrals." Best recap at the end of the video.
Let’s say I’m not covering CAC in 30 days.
Can I use one person who “prepaid” to pay my CAC for everyone.
Equally as effective, not effective?
I don’t see why not.

Just giving us a few days to actually go and build our businesses 😂

Suffering from success 😂
Me preparing Christmas with Alex Hormozi
thanks ❤
Just be careful with gift card validity - some countries and states require they be valid for a certain period of time (1-5 years)
Thanks bro
