  • If you feel you're not sleeping enough and your productivity at work is dropping - you are probably one of the millions who suffer from "revenge bedtime procrastination." To put it simply - it's when you stay up at night later than you should because you feel you need some time for yourself. You compensate for not feeling in control over your life by insisting on doing what you want instead of simply going to sleep. The good news is you're not alone - a survey we've conducted with monday.com employees showed that 68% admitted to staying up late so that they can feel that they have some "me-time." We also asked them to reveal how many hours they sleep at night. 36% admitted to sleeping less than 6 hours every night. The bad news is that it's hurting these people's performance at work.
