After playing Enshrouded and loving it, i came out thinking its biggest error was not having a decent delivery of the lore. No quest givers, books and notes isnt an interesting way of getting to know the world. Bottom line it was a blast for a while, but the end goal for me was my castle build. Which i got fed up with after more than 50 hours of grind. In the end i didnt even finish it. This approach basically brings in a lot of people mostly interested in the building factor, but after that novelty feeling has gone you're left with a sense of nothingness (For me atleast). I feel like this game will be the same. Which to me is the biggest hindrance to grow a big and long lasting community.

That is my biggest concern with it as well. The devs have to deliver enough meaningful content to get people to want to keep playing beyond just building something cool. The cool builds will keep people engaged for a while, but there needs to be more to sustain a larger base. Pax Dei is far enough out that they can make changes, and I hope that they do.
