I can’t believe you posted this today! A month ago I had a foot injury I’m still recovering from, and I can’t do much while standing. I was just recently thinking it would be wonderful if you ever created workouts for people who have trouble standing, and here it is :). Thank you, Maddie! 🫶🙌

I’m in a wheelchair and it’s incredibly difficult to find seated workout videos that don’t still involve the legs, and aren’t low stress/gentle movement for seniors. 💀 I have one arm I lift above my chest and I need to keep it strong! Thank you so much for this!

I love everything arms especially weighted arm workouts and I've also noticed there are very few arm workouts on your channel as compared to other legs or ab exercises so would definetly love a seated arm workout with heavier weights❤❤

Wow the burn is real! I appreciate how you describe the movements and where the tension should be. It made a massive difference once I shifted the tension to the correct location and worked the proper muscles. Perfect for someone like me who is still learning. Love the midday videos!

I used an 8 lb weight and switched it halfway between each arms, as that’s what I had available. Worked just fine and I’m definitely feeling it!!! Love this

I love it so much! I used to do regularly a combo of your standing wo, for abs and upper body, but recently I am so tired after work that can only do some 30min of bike. I love this!!!! I think it could be a transition wo...and in a Lunch break- just pfct!

Omg i used to have some problems on my back . And i remember i have to change and stop to do some abs exercises on the floor. Do standing or on a chair.
