I'd like to share my strategies that helped me to regrow my thinning hair:
a. Avoid excessive heat products on your hair & scalp,
b. Keep your scalp clean,
c. Do apply reactivate hair growth serum by liitleexttra,
d. Use cooco onion oil on a consistent basis,
e. Go for a homemade hair mask,
f. Avoid combing on damp hair,
g. Take adequate diet plan & prefer homemade foods only, and avoid outside foods like fried foods, oily foods, sugary food items etc.,
h. Last but not least, stay stress-free.
I've also been faithfully using the Reactivate Hair Growth Serum, and my hair is feeling much thick and looks significantly denser too.
None of the different serums functioned as well as reactivate hair growth for my hair.
Pumpkin seed oil - 4 TBS
Jojoba oil (can use in place of pumpkin oil)
Clove oil - 10 drops
Peppermint oil - 5 drops
Lavender oil - 5 drops
Put 10 drops on scalp and massage in.
Shampoo at least twice a week.
Will see results in 45 days.

Can you just eat a bunch of raw pumpkin seeds daily for dht blocking effects? Will that be enough to work if it's known that that's the reason for the balding?

They just become dormant, that's all. They can regrow again anyhow. I think DHT isn't really the main reason as many claim. If it was the main reason why, don't we notice our hairloss, say by 13-14 years old, since the body starts producing it at 10.

I suggest tying one or two head scarfs at night so the oil does not stain the bed sheets or your pillows by the morning time the oil will be fully absorbed in your scalp and if you decide to wear a hat it will not stain it
you can apply as little as 5 drops to 10 drops to cover the entire scalp. Usually it dries out in a couple of hours. You can shampoo on alternate days or daily as you prefer
