Make sure to Shampoo the hair two to three times each week. Avoid oily, greasy foods. Apply your hair with organic hair oil 2 times each week. Go for a Neem wood comb rather than an comb made from plastic. Include a scalp massager while washing hair with shampoo. Don't use harsh shampoo. I'm 24, I tried this for almost a month. Couldnt follow all steps but yes rasayan churna, bhrigarajasav, & daily yoga. It has helped me. I could see new hair grown are black. Grey hair aren't reversed they are still there. But yes definitely new hair are black. Will try to continue with other steps as well. Thankful to your research n this video!!😊

@@DracoOpie Before breakfast rasayan churna half spoon with honey, I just add water to it just to dilute the taste. Then post breakfast/lunch & dinner bhringrajasav as instructed in video. N yoga atleast for 15 mins. It takes time to see the difference but keep patience & be positive you'll see the result.😊

STEP 1-30 mins before breakfast have 1 tsp of Rasayana Churan with 1 tsp of honey.
STEP 2-30 mins after breakfast have 4 tsps of Bhringrajasava with 4 tsps of water.
STEP 3 - Repeat STEP 2 after dinner as well.

I have tried this routine for 3 months. I couldn't manage to follow hair oil & yoga routine steps everyday. But I did manage to take the Rasayan Churna, Bhringrajasava & Anu tailam every single day. & I do see the lot of grey hair coming out as black now! I am really happy with the result & I have decided to follow this routine again for 3 months after a break of couple of months. & I will include yoga in my routine as well this time.

Summary:

Kindly suggest or make a comprehensive video just like this one for hair loss, thinning of hair and regrowth of hair from follicles and maintaining the same.
