Thank you so much, vivek sir, for providing such an informative explanation about true products to use. I'd like to share my experience as well. After my Covid recovery, I began experiencing severe hair loss, with 140-170 strands falling out daily. I tried various hair products, including serums, oils, capsules, and gummies, but none of them worked. After conducting extensive research, I changed my diet by incorporating more protein-rich foods and reducing my consumption of white flour and sugar. I also did warm-up exercises to increase blood circulation, and I switched to using Littleextra Cocoonion Natural shampoo and hair oil to control hair loss. Today, I lose no more than 10-15 strands of hair per day, which is normal. If anyone else is experiencing significant hair loss, I highly recommend following the steps I took.

1 . Use himalaya face wash .
2. Apply Nivea and rose water.
3. Apply a lotus sunscreen of spf 50 .
4. Drink water enough only when you need.
5. Sleep for 7 to 8 hours.
6. Extract aloevera gel from aloevera barbadensis plant because the gel of it is non allergic Apply it on you're hair scalp . Wash it after 30 minutes
7. Try to be 😊 happy.
Because when you don't have a stressful life your skin becomes fine. People have their own problems but they try to find happiness in even small things. I do my skincare using other products because some natural ingredients doesn't work on me I always get allergic reaction if I use natural face packs on me.

Mix it with Pumpkinseed oil (half), and add 4-5 drops of Rosemary oil at the time of use for the hair growth. Wet your hair with green tea or coffee before oiling your hair. They contain caffeine and will block the DHT.

@Dino Nugu Aegi i don't use any, but soon I'll need to. You can make your own with fresh rosemary leaves. Just get the leaves from 2-3 stalks of rosemary and add it to the pumpkinseed oil at the same time with coffee. Check youtube on how to make rosemary oil, and instead of the carrier oil the youtuber is using, you use the pumpkinseed oil as the carrier oil. If you don't like the smell of coffee, you can use greencoffee. It has a milder smell.
After you make your concoction, apply it to hair a few hours before sleep and leave it for an hour or two and then wash it. That is because coffee has caffeine, and caffeine will make it harder to fall asleep. You can use it about 3 times a week if you are losing your hair.
You can also make coffee and rosemary shampoo. You will need ground coffee and rosemary. You can also add cloves. Get a jar and add a good amount of a tablespoon of coffee and cloves in it. Get a pot and add some water, maybe 500 ml and add rosemary leaves (2-3 stalks) to it and bring to a boil. Boil it for a couple minutes and add it to the jar filled with coffee and cloves. Tight the lid on the jar and leave it for half hr or so. Take your shampoo and empty it about a quarter (25%). Add the the water you made to it and mix it. Your shampoo would be runny, but you don't need too much to clean your hair 2-3 times a week after when you apply the oil. The rosemary water that is left, you can add it to a spray bottle and spray your hair with it. You can share what is left of the rest of the product with your family or a friend, or add it to another bottle of shampoo. It won't go bad.
Rosemary is good for hair regrowth. All of what I wrote is if you are losing your hair. If not, you can use any oil like Extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil as the carrier oil, instead of the pumpkinseed oil. Good luck.

this couldn't be more true. i started using castor oil 2 yrs ago....i started using it for my hair and face, it worked on my hair but made my skin more breakout. Then i did some research and bought cold pressed castor oil and it was a miracle for my face . My pigmentation is gone and i have baby smooth skin.

@@life2987 green aamla(if available) else powder wud do too.. curry leaves.. lots of curry leaves... ginger.. kalonji (onion seeds)+ methi seeds (both soaked overnight).. aleovera... i crush them in blender.. not fine paste jus crush n then fry them slowly in sesame oil.... soaking all the crushed ingredients in oil for few hours before boiling makes it more better...made my curly rough hair smooth, shiny black n helps regrows hair.... half castor oil n half homemade oil...

For shiny hair, we can use shikkai powder mixed with water filtered from rice after cooking. (Don't let that water to cool down). It's also know as congee thannir in Tamizh.

I've used castor oil on my hair since I was a youngster, and it has given them wonderful volume, black and thickness. Use it at least twice a week, please. Highly recommended.

I had hair loss so I tried vringaraj oil(after watching fittuber old video).. turns out heavy dandruff and itchy scalp.
Reason is I have oily scalp so thick oil is not suitable for me.
Castor oil, vringaraj oil are pretty thick oils. They're not meant to use without mixing with other carrier oils. If u are using half spoon of castor oil make sure to mix it with one spoon of lighter oil(i use it with virgin coconut oil).
Ps: If u are facing severe hairloss I'll recommend to consult a dermatologist first instead of using anything blatantly without knowing ur hair type or scalp type.(no hate just my own experience)

Sir I would really appreciate a video on VARICOSE VEINS. More than 10 million cases are reported per year in India. My grandmother is suffering from it.
