I was just thinking that. I just don't see how I could be on stage the day after suddenly losing a parent. They're amazing women to be there to honor their mother when I'm sure it's not where they wanted to be.

I'm 62 and have loved the Judds since the 80's and still today. They have always been on my CD's and now my playlist. I'm so proud of Wynonna & Ashley for accepting this award after such a heart breaking tragedy, that not only affected them, but millions around the world. Naomi, thank you for sharing your love of music with us. It will forever live on, be heard and loved. You will be greatly missed but always listened to. Rest in Paradise, have no more mental health issues, always be happy, watch over your family, friends and fans and sing on. Wynonna, in time, when you're ready, we await to hear your beautiful voice again. Know your Mom will always be in your heart and would want you to continue doing what you love to do, sing. We love you and our hearts hurt too. Thank you Naomi and Wynonna for sharing your beautiful gifts of song with us.
Dam. I'm not even a country music fan but I knew about the Judds growing up as a kid.
Same. I don't know their music but I did know how much they loved each other as a family. That's how I am always gonna remember them. As a unit. I sobbed watching this video. I know the loss of a mother. Mine passed away last April. Feeling this loss all over again through them just brought sadness to me. And I just found out a few min ago about Naomi passing away a few days ago. I don't watch any TV. I literally don't know what's going on in the world. I'm just looking through my feed here and seen a reactor reacting to a song by the Judds and it reads RIP Naomi and I'm like wHaT?!?! No freaking way! And to hear the circumstances of her passing, I'm shocked and just sad for the sisters.

Had me crying like a baby . I could not imagine my mom dying & me & my sister having to go through this . It's bad enough our dad passed away 6 years ago & I still cry for him.
I cannot imagine how tough this must have been for them. Without a doubt they did their momma proud.

I was blessed to take my mother to see the incredible Judds (with a young Garth Brooks opening for them) in 1991. My heart goes out to Wynonna, Ashley and “Pop” Larry Strickland, at this horrible time. Kudos to these brave young women, who obviously love each other and their mother, for appearing at the Hall of Fame Induction the day after losing their beloved mother. May God give the family strength in these days and provide the AWESOME Naomi with the peace she sought.

Do you know Jesus Christ?
I am convinced that most people who call themselves "Christian" know religion instead of Jesus Christ. Or they have created their own God in their head. That is why we must make sure that we know the God of the bible and know that we are truly saved.
Lay religion, Christian culture, and even politics aside. Someone who truly loves you is reaching out to you not willing that you should perish (2 Peter3), but that you be saved from the price of your sins.
With that said, how do you deal with your sin? Yes you. How many times have you lied, lusted, or stolen? I'm guilty, what about you? I hope you feel convicted.
But if you're going to reject the free gift of salvation, you ought to think about where you are going after death.

Please please do not be this person that Jesus described here. I don't care how if you are in a ministry or even behind a pulpit. And their is no shame in getting saved.

Because of God's holiness we cannot be in his presence as we are in our sin. No matter how righteous one may appear everyone has sinned and one sin can lead to hell, but there is a way out. We don't deserve it but God made a way that we may become the righteousness of God (Romans 5). I want you to have 100% assurance of salvation.

1. Truly acknowledge that you have sinned against a perfect God and you are worthy of hell that can only be saved by the blood of Jesus Christ
2. Believe that Jesus died for and covered all of your sins and rose again.
3. Say to God that Jesus Christ he is your saviour.

My heart breaks for them. I remember saying goodbye to my mother when I was 17 it was the hardest thing I have ever done. Naomi will be greatly missed by everyone.
I had just turned 18 when my mom passed away. Life is never the same. 32 years later and I feel like my life stopped at 18.

It’s as simple as crying out to Him to help you know Him & His Truth in your heart. And then just talking to Him daily.
About anything & everything. He knows. He just wants to hear it from us, so,He can draw us nearer to Him & His great love, grace & mercy.
He wants us to live for Him, as He lives in us. And even when things are going crazy, we will still feel His Peace, when we don’t push it aside, so we can dominate our own feelings for ourselves.
He’s a gentleman, so no forcing us to do as we should , or need to.
We have free will.
Hope you use yours to reach out to Him. He’s lovingly & patiently waiting, w/wide open arms.♥🙌

When Ashley said "My momma love you and your loved for her " was so true that's is something Naomi spoke of many many many times and bout every interview she done. She said she wasn't loved as a child (she never was loved by her mom) and say my fans love me and I love them so much and only time she felt loved and happy and not sad or upset is when I'm on the stage..
I’m so glad Wynonna had Ashley to represent for her mother. It would have been an enormous burden had she been alone.

Yes!!!! It was so poignant when she held Naomi's medallion and wept. I did, too. So sad and beautiful all at the same time. I lost a cousin to suicide in 1999 from PTSD after being in the Marines. It is ripping my heart out to know they are experiencing that kind and level of pain. I would gladly help bear it for them if I could. I loved Naomi so much. It is just as heartbreaking as if she were my aunt. I am grieving as if I knew her personally. But, they made/make you feel like you do.

Amazing show of strength and grace.
As a little girl in the south, I grew up listening to & admiring the Judds. Seeing & hearing such talented, faithful, God fearing, intelligent, beautiful, honest, & most importantly genuine ladies was a huge inspiration. I especially appreciated the honesty & unashamed openness with which they were both willing & kind enough to also share their struggles to help others. Their music is often like the soundtrack for my memories & I treasure that as I would a precious gift. As someone who’s lived through an intense traumatic childhood & formative years that resulted in a continuing battle & struggle with my mental health & well-being, it really helped to know I wasn’t alone. To know how great or how small in status or stature that life is a complicated kind of dance of endurance from the mountains to the valleys for us all was helpful. There is a deep pain that can come with opening up & talking about your difficulties. Those who have such empathy that they’re endure it & in a way relive it through memories, because they care more deeply about helping others, to me is an example of selfless love. That kind of quality in a person raises them from simply being endearing to an admirable, powerful, motivational, inspiration.
My heart goes out to the Judd family, for us they were such a staple in life it almost feels like loosing a family member. Naomi leaves behind an incredibly legacy & a powerful message. More often than not we can see the beauty & best in others they can’t see in themselves. Remind those you cherish & adore not only that you do, but why you do. Encourage them, labor with them, & never take a single breath for granted. I pray the grace, peace, & comfort only God can give be with them & strengthen them in their loss.

I can't believe it either the next day, I always thought I was a strong person and I had a lot of losses in my life my father tragically dead when I was 20 I lost a Son, and I couldn't talk to anyone for at least 6 months and that with therapy because I went into deep depression so my heart went out to Naomi now she said Peace

I played the piano for my mother’s funeral, & my father’s. It wasn’t easy, but I’m a classically trained pianist who was church pianist for decades, & there was no one else available to do it. It’s surprising what you can get through when you have to. I feel so badly for the Judd family. This is indeed heartbreaking.

Depression is a bastard of a disease. Ive been struggling with it since 2008. I can fully get why Naomi couldnt take anymore.
Its an illness. Just like cancer is. With cancer you can see the illness eating you up, whether its a tumor etc. With depression you cant see the illness. Its invisible. But it can kill you just like cancer does. RIP sweet beautiful Naomi. May God grant strength to her daughters,husband and loved ones.

Next time you are feeling bad, Just Pray, close your eyes and create a Mantra (Use the above scripture) He gives me the OIL of JOY for the spirit of Heaviness. Give God that spirit of heaviness, and He in his great Most Magnificent Mercy will! give you;

Behind Naomi's suicide I see the failure of her doctor to help her and stabilize her. May she find peace and love in the arms of our Lord. Suicide is such a complicated grief. Everyone please pray for Ashley and Wynonna. 🙏

Ashle Judd also is a beautiful woman, the older she gets the more and more she looks like Naomi. They are all beautiful and talented and I pray that they find peace knowing their momma is with our Lord. God Bless them and their entire family during this difficult time. Naomi is our Angel
Yes she does. She looks just like her mama. Naomi looks just like Ashli in her younger pictures. Beautiful women all three of them. I will meet you and see you when I get to heaven Naomi.

Wy and Naomi have always reminded me of my mother and I and our relationship. So many ups and downs, cat fights and all the other stuff that comes with a mother and daughter relationship. I grew up in the shadow of a very beautiful woman that people stopped and looked as she walked by and me running 10 steps to keep up to her one. I wasn’t blessed too much with the beauty of my Mama , so I learned how to make people laugh,sometimes to the embarrassment of my Mama. We were born and raised in the Deep South , southern etiquette and of course church every time the door was opened. I struggled for years to find my place and peace with who I am,I saw an interview where Wy said she has finally found hers. I became a nurse like Naomi and loved an interview where she talked about being a nurse and hating to see anyone suffer.....there was so much I could identify with what she talked about. I also was rebellious like Wy and loved to “rock out” like her. It’s kinda funny how I’m a lot like both of them. She’s going to miss her Mama. My Mama is still here, barely after a stroke and that shadow I grew up under is gone now and Mama is just a shell of what she was......but you better believe she’s going to have her red lipstick on! My sister and I laugh about a tube of lipstick, the only kind she wears, that we have in her freezer to make sure we have the exact one for when Mama passes. We want to make sure she’s wearing it for her funeral and have it ready for her to put on at the Pearly gates. Prays for Wy and Ashley and all the family.

Death is a sad experience, but we can take comfort in knowing that we will all be reunited again and what a wonderful experience that will be. Until that glorious day, be strong and be the best you can be. Remember we will be reunited again!
I was raised on The Judds, and I’m so proud of the girls for being able to do this for Naomi. They have all lived troubled lives, and I’m sorry that Ashley and wynonna have to deal with this too,but their music will live on forever. 🖤
