Thank you, Deathstalker V, for your wonderful review of our new Imagine Role Playing novels, Diamond Lake and Diamond Immortal! I'm so glad you're enjoying them, and I hope this helps get the word out for others to enjoy, as well. I am happy to announce that the third book in the series is in its final editing stages and will be released soon! I plan on six total books to tell the diamond's complete story, though this will take at least several years for each book as I am a full-time music teacher. For everyone watching this episode, here is some more info about how the Diamond Series came to be, as well as the maps Michael sent: The story arc told in the first two books in the series is loosely based on the first Imagine Role Playing campaign I ever ran, back around 2001, which was 4 years after I joined the official Imagine Role Playing playtesting game and not long after also joining the design team. Though the overall story and several character names remain the same from that first campaign, other aspects changed for the better as I grew as an author over the following 20+ years. The world of Fionor, along with its setting, deities, and characters, are my creations (except for Shelby McGavin, who was my husband's character in the original campaign). As for the maps, I gave Michael Tenery (Imagine's creator) some penciled rough drafts of the Ethyn Isles and Diamond Lake that I had designed, and he turned them into the final products specifically intended for the first two novels. The upcoming third novel in the series will include the map of Whitestone (which Michael also drew, based on a rough draft and descriptions directly quoted from the book that I provided him), along with a completely original world map that my son and I are collaborating on together. If anyone has any other questions, please ask! Thank you again, and I look forward to more episodes of the Random Encounter Show!
