Young Thug faces nearly a dozen charges, including possession of drugs and weapons, participation in criminal street gang activity, and conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act. The rapper was arrested in May of 2022 along with 27 other alleged gang members. Many of those defendants have taken plea deals in the case.

This is the most “Hearsay” trial I’ve seen. They arrested a whole label solely on the word of one man.. They didn’t even verify what he said.. Smh

The judge is always breaking the rules for the prosecution side and himself. But when it comes to giving some leeway for the defendant, the judge is real harsh and tries to use case law to make it harder for the defendant to even defend himself.

😂 that’s not how this works. Woody is Hiltons witness so SHE has to present the argument as to why she wants evidence to be admitted. Just as I suspect when cross happens Adam’s will be talking as he is the one presenting the bulk of the objections for the defense. There is nothing for her to do except help Hilton right now

It was to intimidate him and his attorney to have all of the Sheriff’s deputies, court officers, DAs, court reporter, and judge in there. Just plain strong intimidation was their intent because he was their prime witness and they needed him to testify. They don’t give a fig about what happens to him after the trial if he testifies against all of them.

This judge is confident about the exparte so you know he had the court reporter erase all the damaging evidence against him and the D.A's office.
Everyday there is more and more evidence that this will be picked up as federal case. Rental car and communications over state lines. 😅

Why would you be driving around the same neighborhood as the Donavan Nut murder at the same time. Also why would you then pick up the ppl you claim killed Nut if you had nothing to do with it?
