  • FLASHBACK: A Georgia judge was shocked when two "YSL" gang members rejected the state's plea deals before Young Thug's RICO trial started. "Young Slime Life" members Tenquarius Mender, aka Nard, faces 50 years if convicted of charges against him, while Derontae Bebee, aka Be, faces a life sentence. The judge asked the two co-defendants to reconsider the plea deal during a short break.

We don't have a justice system, we have a plea bargain system unless you either 100k minimum to fight the case, or dont mind rolling the dice with a public defender that is too overworked to care. Either way, you're locked up the entire time (usually 3-5 years) it takes for a trial to complete.

Which is how I served 15 years straight in abs sentence and lost my youth and half of my adult life. No one is saying for them to testify, but they need to make decisions in their best interest. I went in at 17 and got out at 32. I missed college and other opportunities to go to the Olympics, as well as turn pro. But most importantly, I missed out on the first 15 years of my daughter who was about 9 months

The state would probably want them to testify against YT. I think the judge was just letting him know IF he gets convicted he's getting a max sentence. Of course the judge wants to limit his docket but he knows there is evidence. That crime life gonna make you decide whether you in jail or someone else.
