- Kenneth Copeland, aka Lil Woody, has been on the stand for two weeks testifying in the YSL RICO trial. At the start, Copeland pleaded the fifth and spent the weekend in jail. After the short stint, Lil Woody began to testify in front of the jury. However, some of his testimony has been intense. Here are top moments of when the YSL affiliate became "angry" during the trial.

Young Thug faces nearly a dozen charges, including possession of drugs and weapons, participation in criminal street gang activity, and conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act. The rapper was arrested in May of 2022 along with 27 other alleged gang members. Many of those defendants have taken plea deals in the case.

And THIS is when the Judge really f___ed up. He decided to later intimidate the witness without inviting the defense counsel to the party. They might as well stop right now and restart the trial… now way this isn’t thrown out on appeal.

The judge didnt want to release the lawyer bc he thinks she told about his (improper) secret meeting. So he tried to force her to stay on.

People who are overly critical of the DA and her line of questioning, don't get it. 🙄 She's doing her job. The jury is her audience, not folks on the internet who may not be as analytical as the jury will need to be once they start discussing all of the information they've been provided.

@@mikesmith339 Wrong, because the meeting was not to review anything about the substance of the case. They didn't discuss the trial, his testimony, the evidence or anything else to do with the criminal case. The meeting was to make the witness understand his lack of cooperation was endangering his immunity. Since nothing of substance relating to the trial was discussed the meeting was not ex-parte, therefore completely appropriate.

This seems ridiculous, i dont know the law...she is just reading out loud everything he told police in previous interviews. That means even if he says he dont recall, the jury hears it. It's like she's reading a script. I thought they would have some evidence, but it seems like it's all based on what he said, not any real evidence?? She could just give the jury the transcript and we wouldn't have to hear it all read word for word...
If she reads the transcript from his interviews, and he says “I don’t recall,” then that allows them the right to play the video of the interview for the jurors
