For myself, I usually put all the fixings in a roasted bell pepper. It comes out so yummy that I don’t feel like I’m missing out.🌮🌮🌮

I really liked the idea of using the red pepper as a sandwich. I also like the cucumber cottage cheese & feta. The only one I wouldn’t do would be the jalapeño, spice & I don’t get along. So to make this without spice, I will use the little baby sweet peppers. I’ll cut them in half lengthwise scoop out the ribs & seeds & put in the yogurt based artichoke & spinach dip & pop those in the air fryer. All of these are so quick, & I love that too. Thanks so much!

If you don’t like jalapeños, try it with eggplant or portobello mushrooms and used spinach dip. On the cucumber boats you can add tomato and red onion, it makes it even better!
From watching your channel I have done the bell pepper sandwich for lunch when I am at work and all I have to say is: delicious and yes it does keep you full for hours. Those of us on a low sodium diabetic diet are left out in the cold! None of these channels address those of us stuck on such a severe diet and lifestyle. I wish I could eat these recipes that you posted today, but can’t have any cheese or anything with sodium in it!
What about the Paleolithic lifestyle diet? I am on that, lost 134 lbs & still going strong. Basically the difference is Paleo is dairy free which is highly inflammatory & Keto promotes dairy!!
