Doing the headliner myself because cash flow is tight tn. But the foam is hard to remove. Its almost sticky. What process should i do?

Would you recommend spraying some adhesion promoter prior to painting plastic or vinyl?

I don't see that being an issue, but not something we specialise in, so it is difficult to speculate on the correct method.

FG sedans we now use the rear drivers side door .
With two front seats fully reclined and pushed back.
