it shouldnt even be a problem to swing around. they made it WAY too thick, thus way too heavy. and the handle is supposed to be wood, so remove that excess weight too and you might have a usable thing.
the shape of all bloodborne weapons is dogshit to be any use, also they have no couterweights or balance, they just look cool so the point is not to make them usable

I'm blown away by how practical it ended up being. It wasn't overly wieldy, it swung clean, it struck true, it nailed every category as a useable weapon. Incredible work
as impractical as it is I would have liked to see people swinging it in the short form as I feel like that is the primary use.

i love how this can give us a good representation of the strength of the hunter. none of you could swing it with ease using both hands. and they do with only one xD

I was thinking of how cool it would be to create the weapons from Bloodborne for a few weeks. Now, I find a channel that revolves around creating video game weapons. Today is a good day.
Imagine how the old hunters forged this weapon back in those days.

kind of makes every weapon feel personalized and not mass manufactured, like each weapon was to each hunter

+Shoop400 it was just the Moonlight Greatsword in FromSoftware's previous titles like Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, and King's Field (where it originated).
Yes, the MLG sword has been in many of FromSoftware's games and has become their signature weapon.
I am aware of that, the holy version is just my favorite version really. They are all good though.

Normally I'd say that's unreasonable and they could never pull it off, but that's what I said to several people who requested the Saw Cleaver that actually opened up, so...I say do the Fusion Sword.

What an awesome detail that you guys used red liquids and solids to strike, then they stained the bandages on the blade and made it look like blood. This was awesome to watch, pretty impressive!

What would interest me is a moonlight greatsword. I like the one from Bloodborne (in its magic transformed state ) due to the patterning on the blade. That shot of Ludwig holding it up to his face as his humanity returns, a swirling cyan green nebula of cosmic mystery swirling within the blade was awe inspiring when I first saw it.

I love how they paid so much attention to detail, like how the cleaver is still sharp on the backside despite not being serrated, because when you transform the cleaver ingame, the hunter also uses the non serrated side of the cleaver

The stake driver would need some way to build pressure for the transformation to be accurate, dunno if that can be replicated
they could make it work like a bolt gun where you put compressed air cylinders into it to build pressure

Honestly, the stake driver is probably one of the most "possible" weapons in the entire game. Defnitely not practical, but certainly possible.

+joseph smith I can't believe they made a Bloodborne blade before they made the Abyss Greatsword (the one Artorias actually uses in the fight). I see someone requesting that one on every single video of theirs. I've never seen anyone request the saw cleaver.
+Brandon Ottinger (JaqenH'ghar80) i asked them like hundred times to build the Abyss Greatsword, man even if i haven't played dark souls i've seen how the game is and than i had my approach with the soul series from dark souls 2 and man i fucking loved it, from every video that i saw about dark souls the one that i find more epic than others it's the videos where the player fights Artorias or videos were the player actually uses the Abyss Greatsword and oh man even if i didn't played dark souls Artorias is my favourite boss of dark souls 'cause he is so fucking awesome

Alex Troha the burial blade sounds a hell of a lot easier than a cane with a blade interwoven into it that also becomes a whip
@@PKmaster12 not only that, but it has to smoothly transition from blade to cane, and the cane form needs to be rigid enough to use as a shortsword like weapon
