I can't believe how fit you are! You coached and encouraged throughout this whole video! You are AMAZING! I thought I was in decent shape. I did this instead of my usual half hour run. And I couldn't get through it. I had to pause in the middle to catch my breath. MUCH RESPECT!

Hey Alex! I think seeing you struggle a bit through the workout, only makes these follow throughs better. It make you look human, and relatable. Keep doing these type of uncensored workout, gives you an edge tbh And as always amazing workout 💪
i’ve never actually done a hiit workout before but since i broke my collarbone i was out for 5 weeks and i kind of got out of shape so i decided to try this and man was it a killer
Oh my gosh - I have never done (or seen) a single leg burpee before! Love the idea of throwing that knee up when doing the jump in each burpee. Good stuff man!
Well, I wasn’t feeling it today, but decided to log-in and pick a, sort of easier workout, when I saw this posted...so, I gave it a go. Started with a single leg burpie! What were you thinking, Alex?!! TBH, I found the last exercise to be the toughest. Thanks again. 😁😁🙌🏼

Awesome workout Alex. When I see you struggle, I just figured I am screwed. The pushup mountain climbers were killer after the toe taps. The hardest though was the hands up part of the squat jump. It was hurting My shoulder joint. Thanks for another great video

Great work out. Burpees were challenging. Press ups were challenging round 3 and 4. Other exercises were manageable all 4 rounds.
