I loved that back section, really hekps to feel them back muscles! As for push ups, I know I'm gonna totally hate it , but push till the end anyways, even though I do drop my knees down sometimes. Post workout endorphins definitely worth it. Thank you Alex 💪

Hey Alex, I tried this workout and it was good. But, I don't think it was a good idea for me to do this one, right after learning your full body smasher yesterday. It was to ambitious, I think I pulled a muscle in both my pecs.😅 But, It was still good to workout with you as always. 😊
This definitely builds muscle!! 💪💪💪 yes take a day off at least afterwards. And depends what other training you’re doing. If you’d like a proper structure of a programme then take a look at my no equipment plans in my app too if you like 😄💪
We all look differently when we are lean so keep that in mind. But to get that V popping out you need to reduce your body fat and also build core muscle. so keep going with these workouts and health nutrition! :)
Alex I installed the app but when I enter my email and password the message invalid credential appears! I reset the pass but have the same problem. Tried to re-register but it says the email is already registered Don't know what to do Haven't use the app yet
Love the work out, but this music and your audio sucks. The volume for the music is up too high and when you speak, it’s too low. Also, the music cuts out and goes super low when you speak. I wish I didn’t have to subscribe to this music and listen to it, every time I want to watch your videos other than that, it’s great! Maybe just do another one without music?
