So tell me if I’m wrong but I’m doing this workout 2-3 times a week. I’ve added two 20 pound dumbells in each hand the whole time. Am I over doing it? Or can my growth come from getting used to that weight and adding more?
Yes strong work! As long as you’re maintaining good form. And depends on the other training too. You could consider following a proper plan that has all the structure and progression written in. Check out my app if you’d like to. Any questions let me know 😄👊

This is my first time doing this, unfortunately I stopped after 15 min lets see tomorrow what will happen to my legs, then afterwards Ill do it again and hope to reach 20 min and week by week Ill cover 40 minutes

Pretty good I made it through it became very tough with the explosives but my legs r numb good for a bodyweight workout.

Yes, by building muscle you will be able to burn more fat. But make sure you work on that diet too!

Yes there are calf raises, however the calfs also work in the other leg exercises, especially any where you add a jump. Awesome work keep going! 😄💪
