Made the lobster last night, my wife said it was the best I have ever made, thanks to you. I’m 75, so dessert was not gonna happen, lol. Whenever I want to learn something, you’re my go to person. I don't know if your still on UA-cam but if you are I had to tell you that although I used a different type of butter sauce (I don't like mustard) your "Butterfly technique" is the best I read and used this evening. My 1st time breaking down the tail. I tried doing 1 w/your technique and 1 without but ended up having to flip the tail and break the membrane. With your way I found it easier to get the meat out and flip on top of the shell. I cleaned the tail under water before and after I put meat on top. I used butter, parsley, Hungarian paprika (a touch for color and flavor), tiny bit of lemon, salt and pepper and garlic (just smashed whole).You gave me the confidence and the best technique and I'm grateful. Turned out fantastic.

Well, made six lobster tails last evening for Christmas Eve dinner and this recipe was delicious! The tails turned out moist, tender, and very flavorful. No need for drawn butter. Glad I found your recipe, thank you 😎
Natasha, I love lobster. I tried this and it was super delicious. The only different ingredient I used was multigrain Dijon mustard but it was still delicious. It didn't look like yours. Your marinade looks better than mine. You are a real professional, Natasha.

Natasha One thing I think we are all surprised by , is the small amount of Time it takes to Cook ,Brpil or Bake these deliscious meats ,fish and poultry recipes . It's tough or difficult to chew most likely due to over cooking ?
Ah, now you've hit home. Growing up and living on the east end of Long Island , lobster is part of us long islanders heritage. You did an amazing job cooking it I may add. Only thing I would have added was Terragon. Tarragon and lobster are like two people married for 50 years. They just belong together! Keep those videos coming. I enjoy them so much. When using the broiler feature on your oven there is no need to preheat. Also the oven oven door must remain ajar (all ovens have a spring-loaded feature that the door stay open before it's closed all the way. Leaving it open about 6 in ches) so that your house will not fill with smoke. As soon as the element turns red you're good to go. The element will stay red while you are cooking. Be sure to adjust the height of the rack before you put your lobster in the oven. The lobster should be 60 in away from the element.
