    I bought this exact product a couple of months ago. It is truly a gadget to behold!!! Amazing capability, but I wish it was more easy to understand and customize...there are some things I want to program it to do, but the software won't let me, and the company, although they have an AMAZING product, is not a t all responsive to helping it's customers. Zero customer service. You are on your own if your buy from them, I'm sorry to say...But the product is worth it. Truly INCREDIBLE.

      I agree. I already sent in 2 customer service tickets for custom programming as yourself (11 days ago and 6 days ago) and checked the online ticket status as well. And Still NO RESPONSE to their customers. I bought both the Xtremist Panel and the Pluto 3.5 weeks ago... the pluto suits my needs a lot better since I already edit very quickly with just a laptop alone and memorize most of the original lightroom shortcuts.. however... it would be nice if they replied back to help us out. These products are not cheap. Their documentation has a lot of info but many times not that clear. Additionally, checking out the forums.. the responses/videos are over a year old!! Great Product, Disappointing customer service. I feel like I am being semi-ripped off. :(

    Just use Midi2lightroom and you can use any control surface. Even with motorized sliders. Works great.

    I find that the latency between turning a knob and seeing the result is too slow. You see the image jumping a slider value instead of smooth response. This is my main issue with midi to keyboard command solutions for lightroom. Lightroom needs a dedicated midi api.

      try tangent Ripple, I got it and the colorgrading game was never so strong :) it takes some time tu custom map the lumetri panel in premiere because the default sucks but when u map it.. it rocks.. I added a contour shuttlePRO v2 for screubbing and some more assignable buttons and I dont know how I worked befor I had those puppies . And they dont break the bank ;)

    Excuse me. That device is a bloody reskinned x touch compact - www.bax-shop.co.uk/midi-studio-controller/behringer-x-touch-compact-daw-controller?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI0tD2-rPD4wIVRLDtCh2x1QVxEAQYAiABEgKfTPD_BwE
    Just buy one of those and download midi2lr for free!

    It drives me nuts that during the entire video the focus is way off. We don't get the presenter's face sharp a single time. How can a company dedicated to lenses and cameras and optics get something so basic so wrong?

    • @lensprotogo
      @lensprotogo  5 років тому +1

      Hey Rogier, Thanks for taking the time. We definitely messed up with this one and didn't have the chance to reshoot it. If you see other videos on our channel hopefully you understand this one was a fluke.

      it is just a midi mapping plugin for lightroom I m sure there is one out there for the latest behringer controller. I did that years ago with a behringer 2000 and paddy software. But imho I m faster with a keyboard and the shortcuts.
