@@cammontreuil7509re expensive no matter what* I did a roller conversion on my 390 fe, (yes not the same motor) and the cam was 500, rollers 600, rocker arms 700, custom pushrods 150, and then all the machine work on the heads for the valve spring seats, the springs and retainers, close to 2500 for a hydraulic roller setup. Definitely worth it in the end.
Too much initial timing, you could run a timing start retard or recurve the distributor to add more mechanical advance to reach the total. Or if the timing is locked it’s start retard or ignition voltage interrupt switch.
It's the Ford 351w 5.8l mostly found in F150 250 maybe even 350, broncos, I think even old Ford vans they were a very common motor pretty easy to locate one at a junkyard or Craigslist.

IDK...I had a 10.5 to 1 Windsor. Dialed in timing, still upgraded starter and battery never had an issue again

it has a 580 lift solid flat tappet cam with dart pro1 195's........40 over with flat top pistons
will have a victor jr intake in it soon but it is a performer rpm now
