Sportsnation was a staple of ESPN and one of the great ESPN shows. I will always remember Michelle Beadle for the laughs, great host.
When her and Colin dressed like Cobra Kai!
She is nice but the end of her was when she did Get Up and got mad about all foootball. Didn't want to talk any football. Trashed the NFl and hated College so off the show she went. Just did NBA, but when contract ended was let go and fired. That came right after Sportsnation was canceled following her exit. Weeks later, after she left, it was killed off. What also stunk is after returning from her silly move to NBC, she didn't want the old sportsnation format she did with Colin or after when it moved to Los Angeles. She said in a interview she changed and was not into the original format anymore. She was only at ESPN a decade. I go back to 1987 with ESPN. This interview goes into some of my comment. She is now claiming changes to SN and the cancellation was due to the people running ESPN.
SportsNation was the last decent non-live sports programming ESPN had. It's all crap now, but that was a great show. I was even able to tolerate Cowherd when that show was running.

@@vonw6642 Had a personal vendetta with Floyd Mayweather over alleged domestic violence but worked for Jim Lampley who assaulted his girlfriend and gushed over and invited Stone Cold Steve Austin on her show despite his very public and messy domestic violence issues. She was and is a phony! She was a hypocrite that got what she deserved.

Beadle was able to do what many people dream of doing. When you work as much as you work and were able to just quit and be able to be financially stable enough to spend a couple of years not working so you can find yourself and find things that made you happy, thats like a dream comes true. Many people still stuck at a job they dont like because they couldnt afford to do what she was able to do. Her life is so much happier because she was able to just sit back and reset her life and find true happiness. 46 is still young enough to enjoy life and glad she was able to find happiness before it was too late.
Well said. It would do most people a world of good to be able to take off a year or two, decompress and find happiness. Like you said though, most people don't have the financial flexibility to do those things. Happy for Michelle, she seems genuinely happy and I, for one, have missed her.

There are people like you. They just a workoholic. I know a friend who enjoy working. He gets bored if he doesnt work. As for me I dont get bored if I dont work because I have plenty of hobbies outside of work. Now if one of your hobby is what you do for a living then you are the lucky ones.

Ariel is a genius in terms of interviewing people. He asked every single question that people wanted to know the answer to at the same time not making the interviewie uncomfortable. Maybe its because of this soothing voice or demeanor that make his guest so comfortable around him but this is the best interview I heard in a long time.
She's arguably the coolest woman in the world

I always loved Beadle. Like a lot of guys I was attracted to her looks at the outset but then loved to listen to her. She loved sports, she was funny, never took herself too seriously, loved her podcast with Ramona Shelborne, and while I know some people didn't like how opinionated she was I enjoyed it. I didn't always agree with her but I loved it and loved her conviction and unwillingness to back down. It's great to see her again.
Michelle was my favorite ESPN personality, NEVER knew what happened to her..... You should both work together for real!!! I love that Michelle loves F1 too :) ESPN is really a bad network.... the only thing I use them for is sport coverage and the 30 for 30's are insightful at times but the people are just not worth my attention most of the time. MISS YOU BEADS

Michelle Beadle is One of my favorite sports analysts (Charles Barkley, John Madden, Doris Burke, and Michelle Beadle... for different reasons). I appreciate the fact that she is a sports analyst ... not a woman talking sports. I wish her a ton of success!

SportsNation was awesome as hell, I don't think I missed a single episode for about 4 years straight (while I was doing time in the Penitentiary)... I know it may seem trivial to most, but if you think about it.. killing an hour of my day from Monday through Friday, for 50 months (the exact length of my sentence)... that's gotta be somewhere between 900 and 1000 hours in total !!!!! That's crazy ! So shit, I guess shout out to Max, Marcellus, and Beadle for helping me kill just over a month of my sentence off for me ! LOL.

Hate to say this because Beadle is not old by any means, but Beadle is a throwback to what sports talk was invented to be, fun. A way to talk about that thing we all love together. There can be theater and drama, but at the end of the day it's still games. Beadle's smile will forever warm my heart and make me wish we could forever be rid of hot take sports TV.

I quit watching ESPN 3 years ago....it used to be fun...it wasn't anymore it became exhausting...the vibe changed when they gave SAS power and money...SAS is a racist who spreads negativity and hate while laughing and counting money....no thank you...LeBron James is just as bad he's just not as smart......these type of people keep us all divided....think for yourself people...respect and good luck to Michelle

Beadle, LeBatard, Bomani Jones, Katie Nolan, Jemelle Hill, and Mike Golic. They were the people worth watching and more down to earth. Even Jalen Rose. Now with Screaming A Smith and Mike Greenberg becoming more of the brand, ESPN is close to being dead.
