Hey, everyone. Recently, UA-cam demonetized my entire channel for uploading "reused content", despite the fact that I edited both the two Jojo References videos with small comments here and there. Because of this, unfortunately I won't be able to upload a Part 3. But that also means there's a possibility that the jojo videos will have to be deleted (or unlisted if I'm lucky) in the upcoming weeks. I'll consider reuploading them with voice commentary in the future, but don't expect it to be released anytime soon, as I am trying to push more animations and maybe some video essay content later down the line. You're free to archive these videos if you want, and by any means, reupload them if you'd like if the videos are gone. I'd be fine with it as long as me and the content creators linked in the descriptions are credited. Stay tuned to more quality content in the channel, as I have a lot planned. Feel free to give some suggestions on what I should make!
im assuming a while after part 7 releases in about 4-6 years from now, jojo will become the most watched anime and most read mange in the world, surpassing one piece.
There's a JoJo reference in OMORI, where the artist character, Rococo, prefers to draw in the JoJo artstyle, and the fact that one of their paintings is called "Omori's bizarre escapades."
At this point, I'm genuinely not sure if the Undertale/Deltarune references are just a coincidence or just very subtle. You know I'd prefer the last option.
Considering that the Nice Cream Guy straight up says "ORRAAAAA" in Undertale, they're actual references. It's just that if they reference anything that hadn't been adapted into the anime at the time of release (Flowey referencing Tama "Stray Cat" from part 4, when part 4's anime hadn't started yet and Queen referencing Guess in Stone Ocean Chapter 5 with the whole banana shtick), it becomes a question of reference or coincidence. (Look, the manga was up to PART 9 when the part 1 anime started in 2012, and the manga/series as a whole existed since 1986.) Edit: actually at part 8 in 2015. At part 9 in 2022, even though it didn't officially start yet.
I was playing Turnip Boy with my daughter and audibly screamed when we came across Kakyoin, she thought I was insane. I then had to show her the context which made her even more confused lol
Theres also one with in The Amazing World Of Gumball, on the Episode called 'The Wicked" at the end Mrs. Robinson get rammed over by an ambulance, this is an reference to Kira's death.
He also didn't bring up Touhou, which has a fan favorite characters that is pretty much female maid DIO (Sakuya), complete with endless knife throwing and time-stop (when not a playable character).
If you go back to Henry stickman in the last game where you have to use the toppat robot at a distraction, you can see gon and boys II man playing Rock Paper Scissors
@@thetitanhater well smart guy, it actually isn't in part 1, there are just fighting with the right hand man using spirit and the stone mask in the background but not the rock paper scissors so that makes 2 jojo references out of 3 (or maybe even more) in henry stickmin.
@@dreamergamer9291 You're right, the song doesn't just talk about explosives! It has a lot more themes that also tie a lot better into queen than just the stand.
Fun fact, the Josuke and Crazy Diamond babies in Isaac are actually made in reference of one of the most popular Afterbirth+ character mods which was, of course, Josuke+Crazy Diamond, made by a pretty influential modder at the time.
ok, ok, off topic, not really jojo related but Rise Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is so fucking good like honestly i binged that shit up the animation is amazing, the episodes are funny and pretty heartwarming, the art style is super cool, the characters are memorable and its so fun. if you like cartoons give it a watch you won't regret it.

I mean, fair but... A Queen, with explosive powers and her theme is called "Attack of the KILLER QUEEN"? Considering the references in Undertale, I don't think it's coincidence
Idk if some1 alrd said this on the reply, but fun fact: in the Skullgirls Japanese voiceline, Big Band was voiced by Sugita Tomokazu (Joseph's VA), Beowulf was voiced by Ono Daisuke (Jotaro's VA), amd Squigly was voiced by Sawashiro Miyuki (Jolyne's VA from ASB and EOH)
You missed one in Skullgirls where the character Valentine has a move called Checkmate Incision, where she throws a bunch of scalpels a reference to DIO’s Checkmate move in hftf where he throws a bunch of knives
They've did a bunch of things before like running Mrs. Simian down with an ambulance similar to how Kira went out, but it's way too much of a stretch to be a reference lol. But then again, I did put Deltarune on this list...
@@victtor2463 Except the name was translated from English to Japanese, "Shingeki" literally means "Advance" or "Charge" so it would be a very weird choice to translate "Attack", and the syntax of the translation makes no sense ("Shingeki no Killer Queen" would translate to "The Attacking Killer Queen", not "The Killer Queen's Attack") unless you consider it as a reference to the same weird translation the Japanese author chose for Attack on Titan. The binding of isaac one is kinda like a once-removed reference. While the babies are clearly designed after those characters, they're actually in reference to a relatively popular modded character for the game which was based on those jojo characters. A lot of modded characters have made it into the game as co-op/buddy-in-a-box babies
In Touhou 6, when you play as Marisa, in the dialouge before fighting Remilia, there's a reference to the "How many loaves of bread have you eaten?" line. Sakuya from Touhou is also probably a refernce to Dio, since she stops time and throws knives.

I gotta say, the title cards are what separate thesw vids from the usual reference comparison videos. Idk, they just stuck out to me. Good stuff, especially for people like me that haven't seen or played everything on the list.
Deltarune is definitely not a stretch. In game before - Undertale - we already seen reference to DIO (Mad Dummy). It's really possible that Attack of the Killer Queen and explosions are indeed reference to Kira.
Toby has already put several references to Jojo in Undertale, it would not be surprising if he also put some in Deltarune. Especially since in the same chapter there is a reference to "Shine on you crazy diamond" (which obviously inspired the name of Josuke's stand) and that Queen, in addition to blowing up a lot of stuff, and having " Killer Queen" in the title of her theme... Also has a strange relationship with hands. Like a certain Kira.
There's also a Jojo reference in the popular mobile game "The Battle Cats". Delinquent cat is a direct reference to Jotaro, and even has an ability very closely representing an oingo boingo drawing of Star Platinum
In video games, there is also one in epic battle fantasy 5, where lance, a playable character, has a limit break that is a pure copy of dio steam roller attack, with the only difference being that he use a tank instead of a steam roller, lance even say "WRRRYYYY" when he use it for the first time
Fun fact, may he rest in peace, Big Band's Japanese VA was the voice of old Joseph in the David Production anime, and the two games based off the anime (All-Star Battle and Eyes Over Heaven).

I also saw Big Band's move, in a different video, could actually stop time and do that ORA ORA ORA 😂 and the Peacock one is....
Man they are so epic!!
Awesome + 1 new subscriber!
also i dont know if genshin impact counts as non-anime/western but theres multiple references to Jojo in genshin (I cant remember many but i can remember there was something that was a reference to GER)
The Earth, Wind and Fire achievement, as well as (if I remember correctly) Golden Experience or something along the lines, and Stardust Crusaders. And the fact that Fischl and Razor are walking JoJo references
Adding on, if you play the Yae Miko story quest, she'll give you some books, one of the books having Paimon on the cover doing Jonathan's pose
@@guintokirstenellysereginaf1112 EWF may not be a direct reference to jojo and instead the band but thanks for the reply (I don't play genshin impact and only know about this because a friend who played it told me about it)
I’m pretty sure Giorno ans mistas VAs are in genshin
@@C4puch The Japanese VAs are, yeah. Shenhe's Seiyuu is Erina, Aloy's Seiyuu is Mariah, Hayato's is Eula, Jolyne in EOH is Raiden Shogun, Scolippi is Albedo, Squalo is Zhongli, Doppio is Chongyun and Kakyoin in ASB is Baizhu.
As for English VAs, we have Diluc/Mista, Aether/Koichi, Childe/Doppio, Zhongli/Speedwagon, Beidou/Tomoko Higashikata/Yoshie, Barbara/Xinyan/Hayato, Albedo/Chaka, Eula/Miraschon, Fischl/Kyoka Izumi, Ganyu/Shinobu/Reiko, Kazuha/Mikitaka, Xiao/Ken Oyonagi, Yanfei/Trish and Yoimiya/SPW Receptionist

I gotta say, the title cards are what separate thesw vids from the usual reference comparison videos. Idk, they just stuck out to me. Good stuff, especially for people like me that haven't seen or played everything on the list.
0:46 bro got us Lightskin Stare
The anime called “Jojo’s bizarre adventure” also has many jojo reference
I can’t believe it, Jojo references became so popular they turned it into an anime called Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure
I remember freaking out over the for honor poses I thought it was so cool
1:21 JJBA: Heritage For the Future Wry dio reference
Literally anyone: *punches/kicks rapidly*
Jojo fans: Wouldnt that make you...

3:30 но им был я! ДИМА!
И проклятье хyёвой маски😅
Very epic video. This guy deserves much more subs than he has
thats true
The deltarune and the teen titans go ones are a bit of a stretch imo
I feel like deltarune is a stretch but just from the angle of teen titans go you can say it’s referencing the 7 page muda
I love how you prefaced the last one with "I'm sorry", knowing how people hate that show.
The third pose from the turtle was also a Jojo pose, though I forgot which character.
I think it’s Josuke, I could be wrong, though.
out of ALL of these games, I never would have thought that DELTARUNE had a jojo reference.
0:36 Cherry donut
😂😂😂
Also the whole soundtrack of "Loop Hero" is jojo references and in "The World next Door" the main character at one point says "Oh, thats a baseball!"
I…did not expect to see Teen titans go..to have a jojo reference..
Kinda wish they didn't...
Well. The Ninja turtles reference and the teen titans reference surprised me.
05:28 im watcinh teen titans i see this im died
There's also a Jojo reference in the popular mobile game "The Battle Cats". Delinquent cat is a direct reference to Jotaro, and even has an ability very closely representing an oingo boingo drawing of Star Platinum
1:05 this made me want to play For Honor, and I don't even like the game genre very much
In video games, there is also one in epic battle fantasy 5, where lance, a playable character, has a limit break that is a pure copy of dio steam roller attack, with the only difference being that he use a tank instead of a steam roller, lance even say "WRRRYYYY" when he use it for the first time
Duckverse you missed vampire knives in terrar-
Not a video game but there's a ninjago episode called Ninja Ball Run, in reference to part 7

3:25 Kono Dima da
Skull Girls actually have the enemies like DIO
1:34 r63 dio?! 😳😳😳
I suggested it last time, so i'm suggesting it again, centaurworld has some jojo references, if there is a part 3, i would like to see it there
I was actually going to put it here, but I wanted to watch the whole series for myself before I do
@@Duckverse Centaurworld is one of my favorite shows so i'm happy you're watching the entire thing first

Fun fact, may he rest in peace, Big Band's Japanese VA was the voice of old Joseph in the David Production anime, and the two games based off the anime (All-Star Battle and Eyes Over Heaven).
*NOT EVERY PUNCH BARRAGE OR EXPLOSION IS A JOJO REFERENCE!*
Tell that to JoJo fans
@@RushWheeler YOU FELL FOR IT FOOL, *I AM A JOJO FAN!*
now you gotta include Zanzo from Hi-Fi Rush.
5:18 i love how man said sorry. Indeed this cartoon is absolute pile of shit from how this laughs off heroes. I hope it dies soon, cuz for now i see from this vid this trash got another season. I agree with u tho
