Hi Joan, this depends on the severity of the osteoporosis - the two exercises to modify with osteoporosis are the deep forward bends in standing (keep forward bends comfortable and safe). The rotation exercise for the lower back can be keeps to a small rotation for the lower back too. what exercises would you recommend for anterior pelvic tilt? I think I’ve developed this by having lazy posture at work, and it causes me to have a lot of low back pain. I find engaging my core helps a lot, but I constantly forget to do this, especially when i’ve been working for long hours. Any advice?

I think main problem gas griping. My movement become restricted... If you've been diagnosed by doctors as having IBS, then try going gluten-free. I was diagnosed with IBS. I had other symptoms besides bloating and flatulence and for 15 years, I ran from one doctor to the other trying to get them cured. It was only when I stumbled across reviews for Wheat Belly that I realised what might be the cause. Soemtimes, my pain was so bad, I thought I was going to die. Now.. all clear.
Shame about the ads. I shan't bother with this any more. I could take one add interrupting the flow.. but more than one??? I'll just go back to my books and choose exercises from them.
