Absolutely Correct. Good Do's & Dont's. I also suggest 1. an hour before sleep try to avoid drinking water so as to avoid urination at or after midnight. 2. After or with lunch & dinner avoid drinking water. Helps indigestion / digestion. 3. Note or reconcile day' activities an hour before sleep. In case maintaining daily diary note. 4. Before sleep meditate for 5/ 10 minutes and clear mind,letting it rest. 5. In case still sleep remains a problem read a course book , a tough book, a newspaper centre spread pages. Your observations please!

I do following for Great sleep..1Fix the time of wake up not of sleep n sleep time will be fixed by body automatically.2. Also I practice PROGRESSIVE MUSCLE RELAXATION for good sleep.3 I take BANANA tea or Onion tea or chamomile tea.
4. I do bhastrika pranayam.
5.i take ganoderma mushroom supplements. 6 I also take Saffron water before sleep7
Massage almond oil on scalp n feet , do oiling on Nabhi or umbilicus. 8.
Burn LAVENDER OIL in my diffuser. 9.Do GRATITUDE MEDITATION n sleep in the Lap of God.swami rk
