I’m an entirely different PC gamer who uses a Nostromo / Tartarus pad + mouse for gaming, only using my full keyboard to type.
I can’t recall ever using WASD keys when a decent thumb stick could do the job instead.

I use the Dygma Defy. It’s very expensive, but nothing else was working for my RSI and wireless + RGB was mandatory for me.
