      @@Flasshhh Grazie, ma onestamente non mi diverte più, anzi, fare skills lo trovo una forzatura.
      Negli ultimi anni ho continuato a fare qualcosa per poter rimanere attivo sui social, ma se non c’è interesse non vedo il motivo di continuare a fare qualcosa che non mi diverte più come una volta.

      @@AndreaLarosaOfficialI don’t speak Italian, but I think you should continue working on what you enjoy. Maybe that is streetlifting and powerlifting. Would be cool to see you do weighted pull-ups.

      Since you’re retired from competing, you should train squat and deadlift. I do calisthenics for my upper body and weights for my lower body. It’s a great feeling.

      Sono brasiliano, scusa se ho sbagliato a scrivere. Ho addestrato "powerbilding" 4 anni. Attualmente alleno calisthenic con i pesi. In futuro investirò per avere anche attrezzature per l'allenamento di powerlifting, perché ancora non posso a causa dello spazio fisico. In sintesi, vai in profondità perché è un grande piacere evolversi nelle basi del powerlifting. È avvincente. Seguirò ogni video.

      Proving that calisthenics doesn't really train legs, 5x100kg for a "calisthenics champion" is below impressive, and average crossfitter of his weight could do that with just a couple of year training.

Your comment is so ironic because calisthenics people barely train legs and larosa can still squat the amount a crossfiter could in a couple of years of training, while barely training legs. You literally just proved that it's impressive

    I know that training legs makes calisthenics skills harder. But I will always train heavy squats and heavy deadlifts with calisthenics

      Yes totally agree, legs are the most important muscles you use them most often. Would be a shame to not get them in better shape.

    Complimenti Andrea! Quello che mi colpisce è vedere che anche allenandosi a corpo libero si può mantenere una forza del genere, finora ti sei sempre allenato sia upper body che gambe solo a corpo libero giusto?
    Questo mi dà sollievo nel senso che posso continuare con i miei pistol squat e altri esercizi e ottenere grandi risultati senza pesi
    Grazie per questo contenuto e continua così fai quello che ti senti e che ti diverte

    This is hella impressive, even for a performance athlete (That doesn't Train legs specifically).
    2x BW is a huge goal for most gym goers (most can't even 1.5x), and this Guy did it his first Time.

    Congratulazioni👏 più che powerlifting nello specifico sarebbero interessanti, a mio avviso, video sull'allenamento di forza con sovraccarichi (come molti dicono powerbuilding o strength training, insomma ci siamo capiti😁) una curiosita': ma per avere comunque quella forza nelle gambe lì senza allenarle da molto tempo, eseguivi qualcosa comunque di intenso?🤔....perché, permettimi, ma mi sembra strano allenando solo skills (quindi praticamente solo "upper body")

    Si andrea la rosa hace piernas con tremendo peso pues yo creo que le seguiré sus pasos para estar como el y gracias hace 5 años empecé ah entrenar pues ya tengo mis resultados gracias eres una bestia para la calistenia

    Dedicati allo streetlifting, potresti essere molto portato. Il cali ti ha dato molto transfert nel dip, chin up e muscle up, l’unica cosa da sistemare è lo squat ma piano piano riuscirai

      Facciamo chiarezza, visto che non sei il primo a notare queste somiglianze (ultimamente mi ritrovo commenti del genere anche su tiktok).
      -Avevo i capelli di questo colore già nel 2017;
      -La barba la taglio e me la faccio crescere in base al mood da anni;
      -ho questa montatura di occhiali dal 2018.
      -a differenza sua, non mi faccio di testosterone e non mi interessa fare pseudo-bodybuilding.
      Detto questo, pace all’anima sua.

      That accident was extremely sad but that doesnt mean squats arent safe. It had never happened before and people have been squatting for decades. It was a combination of a weight that was too heavy , no safety racks , an inexperienced spotter and extremely bad luck. If you take some minor precautions or if you don't exaggerate with the weight something like that happening Is almost impossible

      @@AndreaLarosaOfficial I did, he’s not very good I’ve seen and trained with some of the best. You need to lighten up dude. You started out the same time I did. Followed you because I thought it was very peculiar our similarities, age and starting point. We went very different paths though. You became something great in the calisthenics world, I became something else though I’m not one for glamour. I’ve seen your responses, calm down. Not everything is offensive. Especially on TikTok. Even more to say, how can the best in the world even give time for small insignificant comments. Let alone comments from people that can’t or ever will come close to the elite levels you’ve reached. You really should let things go. I still think you’ve become one of the greatest in this sport regardless of your response.

      @@AndreaLarosaOfficial small little things he did where I felt you’ve could’ve gotten seriously hurt. Especially when you when up 250+ lbs. the fact you have an intense solid core from calisthenics protected you but I think other people would’ve hurt their spine. He’s not bad, I really don’t want you getting hurt, that pec tear really held you back from improving that’s all.
