bro my man, having a deadlift of 160kg just training with your own bw, shows how hard work, patience, discipline and doing the correct things can do, keep up, you are doing and amazing job, greetings from spain!!!
LEGND ! 62 kg bodyweight and deadlifting almost 3 x times of that ! Respect Larosa !!!!!!!! Btw loved your Deadpool socks as well and would like to see you competing in Street lifting competitions ! ❤🔥❤🔥🔥🔥 love from INDIA !!
I train calisthenics for my upper body and powerlifting for my lower body. So I don’t do bench. But I do squat and deadlift. It’s been on of the best decisions of made.
i saw your interview with fitnessFAQs just now , if you don't like meat you should try eating tofu, seitan, tempeh or textured vegetable protein, it tastes good, it's good for you, the environment and also good for the animals unlike meat
Again, I’ll comment, terrible lifting coach. That last lift I would’ve told you to drop, you were risking a herniated or slipped L disc. Do as you will, it’s going to be a shame when you destroy your spine and you can’t even planche anymore. From a calisthenics athlete that’s been doing powerlifting for years to another, I don’t care that he’s your friend or he’s a somebody there, you risked a lot with that last lift. The fact that he kept saying go rather than stop is alarming. Calisthenics and weighted lifting are not the same there’s a lot of risk to doing loaded lifts. Take care of yourself and go to a better coach. If you think a pec tear was bad things can get much worse in weights.
hello very pleased. I don't know if you know pubmed, or if you've ever read a scientific article, or a joint physiology book... although I don't think so. It would be enough for you to do one of these things to understand when there is no obvious and direct correlation between disc herniation and kyphosis in the deadlift. Beyond the scientific aspect, which when it comes to training is still very poor, I would inquire about a person's curriculum before making judgments, I would compare it with mine, and I would ask myself if I am really the right person to make such a comment .Have a nice day ♥️
As it goes, I understand more than you know. There is a lot of documentation out there showing what you did was bad coaching. I never stated rounding of the upper back, I stated very clearly, how the lower back should NOT be taking the brunt of that load. A deadlift is a hinge movement. Any good coach worth their merit would say the same about bearing the load on the lower back. I could careless about credentials, I've met plenty of fools with paper degrees. Met even more while getting my own. Do as you wish Larosa, it's your career, this was my last warning. As a fan a long-time calisthenic athlete I'm trying to watch out for you. Since you think he knows so much, crazy how he confused the L discs (lumbar meaning lower back) with the T discs (thoracic meaning upper back hence upper back rounding.)@@theromancoach
Andrea Larosa's great video that this is calisthenics/streetlifting which focuses on strength and size and can also run powerlifters. This is amazing. You are my inspiration Andrea.💪🏼😇😁🔥🤝📈👑
Ok so I guess you could learn back lever before starting to train your planche, even a clean one leg back lever for 5-6 seconds is fine for learning tuck/adv tuck planche. You can probably already do a clean tuck adv front lever and a one leg front lever for a few seconds. Overall I'd say you are definetely stronger in pull movements so you will reach front lever first, probably in 2 years from today. Planche could take longer depending on your approach, but a safe approach would usually take 3-4 years OR even a little longer so don't be discouraged.
Hello Andrea, I have a question. Where did you get your gold wrist wraps that you used in SWUB2 2018? I think they look cool, but I can't find any other nice gold-looking wraps.
Esercizi e stimoli completamente diversi.

Sembre video molto piacevoli, complimenti.
Bravissimi come sempre André. Qualità assicurata 🔥

He is 62 kg? I don't believe that. Yes he is short but I think at least 72 kg
I train calisthenics for my upper body and powerlifting for my lower body. So I don’t do bench. But I do squat and deadlift. It’s been on of the best decisions of made.

It’s very bad job coach! Deadlift started legs and NO back!!
After seeing this I simply can not believe that the WR for 61kg class in the clean and jerk is 175kg.

Deadlifting 160 kg while weighing 62 kg and never having trained it is mad insane!
Andrea you are a champion, and I want more people to see how great of an athlete you are! If you want to compete again, compete!
We all waiting pull ups with add weight!!!
Like when italians speak they definetly want us to eat some noodles and Pizza. 100%😂❤
Would be good see Andrea Larossa go to competitions of Powerlifting, and Streetlifting.
He is very strong.
Andre porteresti il muscle up zavorrato? Top video come sempre❤️🔥
Vogliamo larosa nel PL
❤
Si ti prego fai gara di pl
Awesome Andrea! Weighted pull ups soon? 🔥
Plz don't compete in calisthenic competitions coz , newbies won't even have a hope of winning. Become the judge insted.
I really like the coach very charismatic and nice. Sweet video
Andrea Larosa's great video that this is calisthenics/streetlifting which focuses on strength and size and can also run powerlifters. This is amazing. You are my inspiration Andrea.💪🏼😇😁🔥🤝📈👑
Video super affascinanti, sarebbe bello vederti competere
I can do 25 pushups 15 pull-ups straight. What should I learn to do planche and front lever?
Forget about planche and do advanced tuck front lever
Ok so I guess you could learn back lever before starting to train your planche, even a clean one leg back lever for 5-6 seconds is fine for learning tuck/adv tuck planche.

Muscle ups and bent arm press to handstand
Take care of your back Andrea the deadlift is a very dangerous exercise even when you have a good technique
Legend Calisthenic
Hello Andrea, I have a question. Where did you get your gold wrist wraps that you used in SWUB2 2018? I think they look cool, but I can't find any other nice gold-looking wraps.
The wrist wraps were handmade by a tailor, this is why you can’t find them on stores 😄
Dai ti vogliamo in pedanaa💪💪💪
When weighted pull ups bro?
Vogliamo vederti in pedana!
You definitely have to compete!
Next video Andy strong vs Andrea larosa
Sumo is cheating !!
Andrea in ogni video si supera sempre.💪🔥
fai le trazioni zavorrate??
Yes, I would love to see him compete again, but not in powerlifting, but in calisthenics
🙄
sarebbe bellissimo
Fortissimo Larosa
quanti orrori
It's sumo dead lift Alot easier than Romanian deadlift but good
Why would he do rdls in this types of videos, it's not a competition lift
cool socks
Insaneee!!!
OMG
Awesome 💪👍
Grande hermano 💪💯💯💯💯
