    Breakfast: [If he trains in the afternoon]
    Cereal + Milk + Protein Powder
    Pre Workout:
    Chicken + Rice + lots of Water
    Post workout:
    Pancakes with a little bit of chocolate chips [sometimes he just eats one Protein bar + one Fruit or something similiar]
    Dinner:
    Eggs + Spinach + Potatoes
    Little latenight snack: [he only eats that like 1-2 a week]
    150g greek yogurt + honey + blueberries + 10g of dark chocolate + 3 nuts

    Bel video come sempre, sei un grande! Avrei una domanda da farti.. come mai mangi così poco? Essendo un ectomorfo non dovresti avere un metabolismo basale di 1800 kcal circa (ad occhio e croce)

    Es mejor calentar bien el sartén antes de poner el pollo...si el sartén está caliente la carne se sella y quedan sus jugos dentro por lo que es más jugosa u sabrosa...saludos...💪

    9:51 ho sempre odiato vedere quanto bianco d'uovo rimane nella padella antiaderente a fine cottura e quindi da decenni mi mangio 250ml di bianco d'uovo cotto al microonde, almeno non si attacca al contenitore

    Non mi aspettavo che la dieta di cali fosse così poco calorica…
    Io sono abituato al bb e sarebbe un sogno poter mangiare così poco e ottenere comunque questi grandissimi risultati. Beati voi che potete evitare di ingozzarvi 🤣🤣

    Andrea, I have solid clean 10 sec straddle planche, and I heard that I can start training 1 arm planche even if I don't have a full planche.
    Ps. I can do full planche for 3 seconds on parallel bars but not on floor.

    I respect you, i always have and i will. All of your videos are Just so nice to watch and the quality is amazing but I realised that this video is Just one huge foodspring advertisement. I get that its the day of eating and thats what you eat but I feel like its a bit too much. Anyway just keep that in mind and keep going. Videos are fire 🔥

      He is a small guy, so he don't need so much food in general. He makes the calisthenics training on a professional level. Train very often. The muscles are big, but not that big like professional natural bodybuilder. The specific proportions of the muscle make a lot of his look. I think it is real.

      @@Aliapfelsaft he is not small guy my man. Hes huge as a natural. About eating now. Im almost his size. Im 5 cm taller and I weigh 2kg more. I workout 5 times a week and need to get at least 3000kcal Daily. Its impossible to build or even maintain muscle on such low callories he ate. Its not only about the protein

    Cara, você come muito pouco kkkkkkkk tenho 1,90 e pra chegar nos 100kg tenho que comer o dobro disso. :( Vantagem das pessoas que são baixas é isso. Pouco peso ja fica com o shape bom!

    Nice video but never eat a lot of sugars before bed or at night bcse it turns to a blood sugars that u wont burn while sleeping of course so by the time u may get diabeties even if u usually train especially if u have diabeties cases in the family it makes u velnerable

    Andree, non te la prende a male però secondo me come video non ha senso per parlare di quello che mangi..mi sembra più un video per sponsorizzare proteine e altre cose, piuttosto se puoi, fai un video dove fai vedere se condisci. o meno il cibo e quello che mangi per 3-4 giorni in maniera variata..tipo in questo video i vede del riso non condito però non parli se lo conisci o meno tip o con sale e olio...
