    Breakfast: [If he trains in the afternoon]
    Cereal + Milk + Protein Powder
    Pre Workout:
    Chicken + Rice + lots of Water
    Post workout:
    Pancakes with a little bit of chocolate chips [sometimes he just eats one Protein bar + one Fruit or something similiar]
    Dinner:
    Eggs + Spinach + Potatoes
    Little latenight snack: [he only eats that like 1-2 a week]
    150g greek yogurt + honey + blueberries + 10g of dark chocolate + 3 nuts

    Non mi aspettavo che la dieta di cali fosse così poco calorica…
    Io sono abituato al bb e sarebbe un sogno poter mangiare così poco e ottenere comunque questi grandissimi risultati. Beati voi che potete evitare di ingozzarvi 🤣🤣

    9:51 ho sempre odiato vedere quanto bianco d'uovo rimane nella padella antiaderente a fine cottura e quindi da decenni mi mangio 250ml di bianco d'uovo cotto al microonde, almeno non si attacca al contenitore

    How do you know how much to eat per meal? Do you measure the portions or do you just intuitively cook how much you think would fill you? Do you track calories or macros in any way?

      Carbs = size of your fist, not More thank that
      Protein = size of a deck box
      Vegetables = half dish, even more if you want
      3 meals peer day, gym and that's it, you can start from that if you want a shreded body.

    Andrea bravo per come fai gli allenamenti piglio spunto per mantenermi in forma e mio figlio ti segue sempre. La tua dieta fa capire che il mantenersi in forma per il tuo sport è stare leggeri soprattutto. Peccato solo che sia troppo PRO SPONSOR anche se con quelli vi si mangia. La tua figura sia superiore a questo e farai quel salto che meriti . Ciao

    Es mejor calentar bien el sartén antes de poner el pollo...si el sartén está caliente la carne se sella y quedan sus jugos dentro por lo que es más jugosa u sabrosa...saludos...💪

    Andrea, I have solid clean 10 sec straddle planche, and I heard that I can start training 1 arm planche even if I don't have a full planche.
    Ps. I can do full planche for 3 seconds on parallel bars but not on floor.

    I have a question have you ever experienced pain in the forearms and wrists during planche and if yes , can you tell us how to prevent it .Besides that great content keep growing your channel and keep doing what you love to do !

      For wrists: use parallettes, not floor.
      Forearms: when dropping down from planche, do not pull out your grip from the ground/parallettes quickly, do it slowly, controlling gradually the grip intensity from hard to weak.

It means a lot but i do that the pain was decreased but friend of mine told me that i should warm up wrists ,forearms ,shoulders around 15-20 minutes because of the movement. Also they told me that i should strech every day , but im not sure for that .

      @@fire_strike291bg7 i thought it was obvious u warmed up before and stretched after, so I didn't suggest it 😅 personally i do not start workout before at least 20-30' of specific warmap, wrists forearms and elbow included.. 15' Stretching at the last...
