The pec is holding up well Andrea! Good to see you grinding bro.
Ayo its fitness faqs
Isn't is impressive how Andrea can lift this much weight without doing weighted calisthenics 👁️🗨️
Grande Andrea.
Your training is so pure. Especially if you have this level of weighted strength without specifically training it. Andrea, you have inspired me many times over. Thank you for sharing your training and your methods. You are a guiding light. Sending strength brother.
Homie out here stronger than most of the weighted calisthenics athletes
🤣 Not really
His height is like 165 cm while jumping, so it's a bit way more easily to lift weights this way, he's also must be good with bench and squat.
@@cheap_clips Not really. You might argue that being shorter is better for skills but for weightlifting you have to be tall and heavy... that's why most succesful powerlifters are big, tall and heavy. The more you weight the more you can move... that's physics
@@FilippoCardoni check Chinese, Japanese and Korean weight lifters, they are 150 cm in height and 60 kg max and they lift 3-4 times more their bodyweight
@@FilippoCardoniim sorry but you're completely mis informed ❤
One of your best videos andrea!
It was amazing to see your recovery!
It's super underrated how much strength you can achieve without touching weights your entire life. I think it would be a great idea to record pull up max and muscle up max. Also, keep in mind lifts such as squat, bench press, deadlift.
He do uses weights tho, he said it himself.
He trains weighted also
there is a very interesting story about Georg Hackenschmidt man who invented the benchpress if you do some research .. you will find out that when he first time tested out his new ´´invention´´ bench press his max was far beyond where people nowadays train years to achieve (if u do little research you find out number if I remember correctly it was around 150kg first time ever benching)
he achieved that benchpress strength solely on pushups that tells a lot about bodyweight exercises
I often think of how many ppl nowadays go straight to the bench but can't do 30solid pushups and then all the shoulder injuries happen
@@renevajda6117 I have heard of the guy, but not of his max bench. Incredible!
@@dimskr8823 it was not his max benchpress it was him trying benchpress for first time. Imagine trying bench first time and benching 150kg+.. solely from previous pushups excercising. His max bench was much higher.
hai spaccato Andre, come sempre 🔥
Lo aspettavo da 1 anno questo video 🙏♥️
Man woke up and chose to train the weights
I would love to see the weighted Pull-Up i have the feeling you will be even stronger there than with the DIp, which already is a superb result!
Andrea. I love how you always stay true to your native Italian Language. Please don't change that for anyone or any societal pressure! We should all be proud of our mother tongues
I don’t speak Italian and I agree hahaha
very cool video! thank you for showing me all these things! It's perfect !💪🏽
You are my inspiration! Keep up with the amazing videos
This video always I waited, Andrea, you're very strong, you impressed me.
Please, share more videos like this, it would be interesting watch how much Weight you get up in pull ups.
This is insane 🔥🦾 I think know we wanna see you attempting 1RM on weighted pull ups as well.
I was waitin for this fire as alwaysss
I have been waiting for this 🔥🔥
After pec tear you are going crazy with the weighted dips, incredible!
The first music in this video was actually my fav metal music
Assurdo!
Fortissimo! E come sempre pulitissimo nei movimenti!
I would love to see the weighted muscle ups and pull-ups. Great video 🔥
Grandissimo Video Andrea! Ancora Grandissimo!
Pasta! Pizza! Macaroni!
Amazing video andrea
Always basics number 1💯don't go fast
You inspire me a lot bro!
Damn, thats a lot of weight considering your weight and experience in street lifting! These comes to show that mastering your bodyweight provides you a lot of strength, not only relative but brute strength. I am super interested in seeing your weighted pull up and muscle uo, even your squat. But I am even more interested in That ring skills!
Nice to see Andrea trying something new👌🏻
Andrea, thank you for the new video it was very interesting. I think doing max pullup/chin up and muscle up is a very great idea. I appreciate your content
Good video brother💪🏽
Try your max weighted pull ups and mucle up as well
Beast bro keep it up🔥💪 i see you from the best calisthenics athlete 🧡
Trazioni prone/supine/anelli zavorrate!!!!
Outstanding, I really was expecting you to show off with this weights, although don't train them. Hopefully you upload with pull ups and muscle ups.
Motivazionale come sempre🔥
Amazing Andrea...I have a question, your legs look bigger do you work on them too??
Monster!! Fai anche qualche video su trazioni e muscle up zavorrati. Complimenti Andrea
Nice!! Do weighted pullups too!
Hi, can you make a video of how you train and hold the abs. The videos you make are great.
Quanto pesi Andrea? Fenomeno! Hai mai provato a vedere quanto fai di Military press 1 rm?
Andre sei un atleta estremamente completo!
Can you test lifts like bench press qnd dead lift?
Can't wait to see youe PR in pullup and push up \ handstand push up\ also pisto squat
Bad lifting belt I have one of those. Chain pushing against legs. You want belt with chain anchor points closer to balls. Just like the ones Mathew Zlat uses.
Whats is your max of dip bodyweight?

Bro you are a beast!!!
Fortissimo 💪🏼💯
Really strong my idol🔥
Pauroso Andre!
Complimenti!! Posso chiederti che cintura usi?
with a better setup with a box to enter the top position straight arms shoulders properly depressed, you probably had more, surely with 3-6 rep range strenght work you could skyrocket in performance in that lift
The strengt is insane😮
Awesome & Great Example for the Rest of Us. Continue.
Bellissimo fanne altri sullo streetlifting ❤
Daaaamn your strong like scarxius!
Certo che vogliamo anche i pull up e muscle up andreee
You are casually lifting almost twice my bodyweight 😂 wow!
Yessir!
bro i want to know how weight you can lift in a bench press .i believe if you upload a vedeo of the max bench press people will love it
Will there be an English version of Andrea larosa pro. I just bought it but understand quite little and a guide on how often to do what would be nice to have aswell
We are working on it.
Anyway the most important thing is to follow the calisthenics routine and repeat it 2-3 times per week. When the new routine is available (every 7 days) you can do the new one.
Remember to follow the warm up video before every calisthenics session (and also to follow the stretch videos 1-2 per week)
@@AndreaLarosaOfficial Great I love to hear that! Bogt isn't 2-3 times to little if you really want to improve?
@@gunterfreunde5811 3 calisthenics sessions per week should be enough if the exercises are of the right difficulty.
@@AndreaLarosaOfficial I get what you mean but if one wants to become as strong as you or really learn the pkanche I feel like its not enough especially when one is in the advanced group
That’s very impressive for someone who has not been training for weighted dips. I’m getting close to +60kg after a few months of grinding 💪
Must be weird feeling always going into fitness centre and knowing that you are always the best calisthenics athelete there.
Forzaaa 🔥
Do a weighted pullup video please
Non vedo l'ora di vedere i pull up e i muscle up
Let’s see some rings training vids ! 🎉
Che bestia! We need the pull ups version.
Bro would turn super saiyan if someone built him a gravity chamber
Atleta incredibile 💪💪💪
fallo senza specchio puoi spingere di piu a livello propriocettivo grande andre❤
GIGA CHAD OF CALISTHENICS
perfetto grazie
Sei una fornza della natura!
You are my idle on calisthenics since 2018.
In my opinion you could do much more (approx 135KG) with the right warmup and a better form.
Consider a portraction on your back to protect your chest with and don't get tired on your warmups.
Weighted Pull ups next.💪
