    6:00AM :- 1 APPLE
    6:30AM :- YOGA OR GYM
    8:00AM:- PINE APPLE OR MOSMI JUICE without salt
    8:30 AM :- SPROUTS (WITHOUT LEMON and boil patato) or museli corn with milk
    9:30 AM :- BEAKFAST ( use tond milk, brown bread with peanut butter slice) avoid ghee.
    11:00AM :- fruits and bhune chane
    1:00PM :- LUNCH ( 2 ROTI, daal , rosted or boiled checken and 1 plate salad)
    3:00PM :- SWEET CORN
    5:00PM:- MIX JUICE
    7:30PM:- DINNER ( brown rice , daal, salad, egg without yog)
    Note :- use mcvities buscuit and Avoide junk food and sweets
    How to make sprouts ( sweet corn, mashroom, carrot, mashroom, tofu, onion, tomoto, broccoli and high protien green leafs.
