That frontal assault on Slocum Joe's is real silly when you just leave your own mines in that spot before starting the quest lol it's actually funny how your mines will stay in a location even if it resets over time so basically if you know exactly where enemies will be you can just set down mines for the next time you happen to go in there then it's just a chorus of mines going off one by one as they try to figure out what the hell is happening
This used to be one of my favorite things to do back in Fallout 3 and NV. Just lay a ton of mines all over known hostile turf and wait. Can you beat Fallout 4 as the Silver Shroud. You can only use the Shroud's weapons and armor, you have to complete any and all quests that require a hero, you have to complete all the quests that involve the Shroud's unique dialogue, you have to be the hero in any situation, liberate Nuka-World, stop the Mechanist , and you have to save Kent Connolly.

Suprised you didn't do the first brotherhood quest to get a mountain of energy cells from the synths you fight in that test facility. Anyways, challenge time! Simple one this time, Can You Beat Fallout 4 As The Silver Shroud? You gotta get the Silver Shroud weapon, armor, and hat, and complete the Automatron DLC, for if you fight the Mechanist with the armor, you get unique dialogue. Of course, you must ALWAYS speak as The Silver Shroud whenever you can, of course.

Can You Beat Fallout 4 With The Prototype Railway Rifle? Can be stolen off of Terry who is helping test it with Tinker Tom. This event occurs after meeting Tinker Tom for the first time. And it's probably the worst weapon ever
Its baffling how weak the railroad is. They bet everything on the one shot at rescuing the synths, and if you happen to mess up that one chance, they just say go find someone else to destroy the institute
I got an idea for s challenge. I recently found out that if you somehow avoid the Legion Guy taking your weapons at the fort, and then fast travel out, he will follow you out. So this could lead to another addition to your "can you beat New Vegas while beeing followed by" series. Just that this could be a bit more challenging, since he'll get attacked pretty often.
Here's an idea: Can you beat Fallout 4 while only using the Prototype Railway Rifle? The Prototype Railway Rifle is a "unique" railway rifle that is carried by one of the NPCs in a single scene at Railroad HQ, where a Railroad Agent is testing it for Tinker Tom, and it knocks the agent off his feet when fired. It deals only 1 damage per hit, unlike a normal Railway Rifle. It is found nowhere else, and to get it you have to kill this Railroad Agent NPC during that one short scene, as he disappears after you reload the map.
Here's a challenge for you: can you hit the level cap before starting any quests? For the purpose of this challenge, you are allowed to discount any quests you start the game with.
I am not sure it’s actually possible without cheating to level up to 65,535. That’s essentially Fallout 4’s level cap as if you level up after that the game crashes
14:10 Out of curiosity I waited until I had Master Hacker on one playthrough to clear the Switchboard early and power up the elevator just to see if I could actually make frontal assault an option. It didn't work. This part of Tradecraft really is the illusion of free choice.
@nerbit I’ve been a fan for a while now and I’ve finally got an idea for a video you could do. This would probably limit you to elder scrolls specifically (Skyrim, Oblivion, etc) but the challenge is this. Beat Skyrim with only staffs. RULES: must only use staffs once (after the charge is depleted gotta find a new one). Pickpocket is fair game as well as speech and armor for levels. But NO magic and NO magically charged weapons, only enchanted staffs. Please consider this challenge and make any adjustments to the rules you see fit. Love ur content boss
Obviously, you couldn't do it in this playthrough, but my favorite way to kill the Railroad is to just lay mines all over the entire HQ. Wherever there's an NPC, just throw down five mines. Since they're non-hostile, the mines don't detonate. But as soon as you shoot Desdemona in the face... Boom! No more Railroad!
"resist the urge to kill the railroad" Funny I feel tha same way when I am workings with the institute and bos. Afte the battle with bunker hill I end Father on the roof, take all of his belongings and left.
Idea for a run: Can you beat Fallout 4 as Captain America? Here is how I think it would go: Use a mod that gives you extra SPECIAL points and perks at character creation, to represent being a super soldier. Use a mod that adds riot shields to the game. Set the game to survival mode. Beat the game only using punches and shield bashes in combat and playing as in character as Captain America as this bloodthirsty game will allow. Like, sparing Darla and stuff. Obviously, side with the Minute Men and don't kill the railroad. Probably won't be hard, but it could be fun. Especially if you can find some marvel themes quest and/or enemy mods to spice it up a little.

Patrolling the Mojave almost makes you wish for Nerbit to beat Fallout New Vegas with only a Flare Gun.
That Order 66 sequence was golden.
One of my favorite so far Nerbit!
Jesus Christ the zoom in on Kelloggs head kinda scaring
This is probably the slowest I've ever heard him say ending his usual ending speech.
The Order 66 montage is probably one of the funniest parts of a video that you've ever done. What gave you that idea? It was awesome.
***_Furiously taking notes_***
nerbit will never not kill the railroad in a fallout 4 video
"resist the urge to kill the railroad"
Funny I feel tha same way when I am workings with the institute and bos.
Afte the battle with bunker hill I end Father on the roof, take all of his belongings and left.
Wow. I feel like I got double crossed with all the twists at the end. Lol.
Loved the dark side shift at the end
You've made want to give fallout a chance again and I'm so glad I did. Thank you so much
Idea for a run: Can you beat Fallout 4 as Captain America? Here is how I think it would go:
Use a mod that gives you extra SPECIAL points and perks at character creation, to represent being a super soldier.
Bro the halo 4 clip cutaway when kelogg died had me dying
"the illusion of choice" yup that's fallout 4 in a nutshell
love the halo reference at kellogg. fits perfectly
