    I would love it if you could teach us how to make Diplomat Cake. I've had it several times over the years a couple of bakeries in Vancouver. It's layers of puff pastry, rum soaked sponge cake, Italian meringue buttercream and almonds. So so good! And thanks for another great video!

    I made these last week copying your other video. I couldve used the double chocolate coating tip as my coatings were too thin. I like the chocolate brown but want to try this with white chocolate with red and green food colouring. Any idea how to mix colours to a get dark-reddish-fall colour? Love your content and dishes btw, your desserts are absolutely insane, hopefully you'll have more of these later because I am copying them straight of the vids for my friends.

    I'm trying to think of a viable alternative to chocolate for savory dishes, cuz Basil, bay Laurel come to mind.
