    I hope it was helpful for you! This tutorial was a little bit more complex and I loaded so much informations(not TOO much I hope!!!) but don't get discouraged even if you feel like it was too difficult for you, everyone starts from a beginner. You'll get better each time after some practices! ;)

    Aya, Another awesome Video lesson, honestly, really have very little experience of working with Chocolate decoration, that said, the way in which you talked and demonstrated made it a lot clearer to me! At this time I have been concentrating on greatly improving my bread (hardest thing here in Indonesia is dealing with the heat and humidity, average temperature in the kitchen is around 31 degrees c without the ovens being on!), also have been working hard on creating delicious "Ice Cream" with varying flavors... Thank you, for the video lesson! Warmest regards... Fred... Indonesia...

    Very nice video! :)
    In all the videos I have seen so far a metal bowl was used to temper the chocolate - is that essential or do you think I could also use a glass bowl since I don't own a metal one?

    • @PastryLivingwithAya
      @PastryLivingwithAya  4 роки тому

      Thank you! :) It doesn't has to be metal ones, you can use a glass bowl as well. Good luck! ;)

    can i use dcc chocolate?

    • @PastryLivingwithAya
      @PastryLivingwithAya  4 роки тому

      Just to make sure, you mean dark compound chocolate right? You actually do not need to temper for compound chocolate but it might not give the same shiny look or crunchy texture that tempered couverture chocolate give such as chocolate bonbons, or even this feathers. I've never tried making these with them but let me know the result if you ever did!

    How long can we keep these pretty chocolate leaves?

    • @PastryLivingwithAya
      @PastryLivingwithAya  4 роки тому +1

      It can be stored at least for a few months if you put them in an air tight container and avoid odors and humidity.
