Looking to build fuller and rounder shoulders? If so you can't forget about building the back of the shoulder, or the "rear delt" also called your posterior deltoid. This is a very effective exercise to incorporate into your shoulder workout to build the rear deltoid that does not require the gym, weights or machines - just some loop resistance bands.
This is a high face pull using resistance bands.

I have breaks and tears I'm 71 I push through it I had a car clip me and still I don't stop u work through it that's the only way u get stronger friends!

Hi been watching ur vids and want to start using bands first time user. But which bands do I start with I was thinking red band for arms and purple for legs is that OK thanks
just go by feel and build from there
Turn your thumbs towards the floor as you pull to really hit the real delts
Watch the eyes if the band breaks. They do sometimes
wear eye goggles for eye protection
Rear delts the most finicky of muscles to work
