Bands are no joke. You can effectively engage muscle hypertrophy with these bands. The only thing I would suggest especially when you use the Heavy/X-Heavy is workout gloves (full finger gloves).
New believer as well here. I seriously believe that in the future ppl will look at weights as a very archaic form of resistance training, since the general populace can get a very good workout with only these bands (Less intimidating as well to your average populace)

Im now 61 and im finding bands a great choice ,new enthusiasm, im looking to get thin and skinny ,of course its diet as well ... These two people look great and come across as lovely people. ..love from Australia

Impressive presentation…I am recovering from rotator cuff surgery…my major focus is preparing and strengthening my shoulders scapula and lats etc for Kyudo…..I will be most grateful for your guidance….I am 71r old…172m…73kg
Hello mate. I just saw your comment on you having a rotator caff injury. I've got 3 torn tendons on my rotator caff and surgeon told me yesterday that it's nothing he can do to fix it as they are badly torn.... Do you think I can still train with my torn tendons
In a normal exercise, you won't over stretch them. Try not to stand on them on concrete or rough surfaces. Put a mat, towel, or cardboard down. And I wouldn't store them for that long in a hot car. If you take basic care of them, they last a very long time.

Not exactly applicable here but I highly highly highly recommend not doing any door"knob" workouts with resistance bands. Long story short, I was being very stupid by thinking I had it tied off tight enough. Was doing face pulls, it slipped. I took it directly to BOTH eyeballs. Couldn't see out of my left eye for several minutes. Pitch black I thought I blinded myself. Ended up with 2 shiners a couple eyeball hemorrhages and my eyes are just now starting to be less "jolty" 2 months later. Careful fellas.
the 2nd exercise with the one side cross stretch - her lady is not strong enough and looks like already compromised with her wrist. Thats wrong. Better instructions could have been given
This resistance belt are not made proper. For different height people it has to have different lengths. Customer range is mostly male. Good to watch this not worth to buy then.(See how much resistance for him and absolutely so little for her)
she could also put a bit of loose slack between her feet if she wanted to. She can get the same workout from them. They're not wearing gloves and it's recommended to wear gloves to make it more comfy on the hands.

I'm a new believer in bands, & outside of deadlifts, push-ups, and barbell curls, bands dominate my workouts. This shoulder workout is PERFECT!

Why at excercise at 8:25 he do a pull movement? Rear delts are engaged by the pull apart movement also

They are great. I have been using them since lockdown, and I have gains. I recommend gloves as well. I use football gloves.

Wrong. You can shorten the band to have tension through the full range of motion.
