Love this one! A new trick I've done with the bands is to get my clients to put their wrists inside the looped ends of the band rather than hold onto the ends! It takes the hand out of the equation and you can focus better on your shoulder position rather than and awkward wrist positioning!

Great idea, but I notice that when you do it this way, and this depends on how far back you stand, the return movement makes the band completely slack. One thing I like about bands is that is changes the resistance curve and you can minimize dead spots.

What about doing the movement on the floor with the band hanging from a pull-up bar? I find this way better because of the clue provided by touching the elbow and the ball at the end of the triceps pull-down rope attachment to the floor. Is that a correct way to perform the face pull? Perhaps, by moving the placement of your body in reference to the band attachment point one can have some of the variations you mention in your very informative video.

Jacket-off Gym Jordan equivocates for a living. Navy vs. Egan held that the President, after all, is the "Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States." U.S.Const., Art. II, § 2. His authority to classify and control access to information bearing on national security and to determine whether an individual is sufficiently trustworthy to occupy a position in the Executive Branch that will give that person access to such information flows primarily from this constitutional investment of power in the President, and exists quite apart from any explicit congressional grant. It applies to sitting presidents, not former presidents, and has no controlling interest in the case against Trump. The rest of Jordan's spew is deflection away from the facts.
