Gary thank you - just what I needed to hear today. I've been posting lately about the company we're building called TaijiFit (a simple and fun version of Tai Chi). Since 2013 we've grown it from literally zero (no funding or startup capital). This year we're finally showing strong cash flow and month over month increases in revenue. But I've been disappointed by the fact that we don't have a million followers, or that we're not making a million in profit. Today you reminded me that we areactually in the top 3% (I looked it up) - and that is amazing! I feel so grateful right now, and .... well, just THANK YOU for the reality check!

Wow, Gary--I am so impressed that you decided to bring mental health into the entrepreneur conversation! It's such a taboo topic STILL in 2016, and the only way it will get better/lose the stigma is with open dialogue. You as a leader, it's HUGE that you're addressing this, because it will give others who feel they have to suffer alone or silently permission to talk about it and hopefully get the help they need. Thank you SO much for taking this on as a responsibility.
NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) is a wonderful organization that helps both mental health consumers and family and friends of those affected by mental illness. It would be amazing to see you get involved with them, or Bring Change 2 Mind, or any other mental health org. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help!!! And thank you again, Gary. You made my heart swell with this :)

I think finding some time and giving yourself the opportunity to slow down has definitely helped me find a center and become much more happy. I don't have near as many down days and depression as I used to have and it's been quite a long time since I've had suicidal tendencies. There's still work to be done with it and I am working on building a name for myself, but I know I still have to put in my time. It's the patience that is that hard part now and I fee once I get that centered, it will al work as it is to be intended. Cheers Gary!

I admire your sense in which you almost feel obligated to redefine what success is. I believe too many people compare what they want to do in entrepreneurship to what others have accomplished, and because of this comparison, fear that they will not be successful or are not successful. If you are adding value to others you will be successful, sooner or later, just have to be patient. As you said, individuals don't feel like they are in the top 10% if they are making $155,000, because society is overwhelmed with the belief that to be a successful entrepreneur, you have to make millions. Great video, great ideas, great value.
