lol I did something similar once. I put a Steve Jobs quote which helped explain why the company should give me a shot at a higher role and promote from within versus bringing in an outsider with more experience. It actually helped me at least get an opportunity of an interview.

What I saw in this is you're true character, stemming from your upbringing. Manners & respect. How you, as the boss, held the elevator. Letting everyone in, before getting in yourself. Then doing the same on exit. respect, and manners. More people need to get back to this. Something so simple but 99% of bosses would just barge in first thinking they were more important.
This is why I love you documenting your hustle. Never be so busy you lose who you are inside 👍🏻👊🏻
my grandfather always said never ask someone to do something you wouldn't do yourself, treat the boss with the same respect as the worker. he dropped out of school at 16 and started a corner store, grew into the highest grossing restaurant in our region. I love watching your videos because it brings me back to a time when my grandfather was still around, there's so many little subtle things in your mannerism that remind me of him. Hardworking, honest but respectful, and super intelligent, you always knew where you stood with him. you seem like a genuinely good guy Gary, wish all the best to you.
Yes! I remember when I was 20 and working part time in retail working my way through college. Our manager walked past and asked me to pick up a piece of trash at the end of the aisle. Trash he literally just walked past. I lost all respect for him as a manager and as a person that day.
Congratulations Gary and your team. This dailyvee just showed me once again what a great leader you are and the relationship that you have with your team. Holding the lift door for everyone, humble. If I ever had to work at a company, other than my own, it would have to be at Vayner.

I found out about Gary, while I was deployed two years ago. My man, is beyond motivational. I've been running side hustles, since those early days of elementary school flipping Pokémon cards and flipping import games. Now in my early 20s, I've had my same businesses getting stronger everyday. Haven't hit 7 figs in profit yet. But I'm pushing before I'm 30, and to continue having continued revenue for my life and when I pass on. I didn't grow up, with a cushion, but man Gary helps push me to cop the whole sectional. Stay blessed homie!

I'm a 17 year old high school student from Hungary, who's life was completey turned upside down because of your videos. I started your eBay flip challenge, and in general, hustle way more than ever before.
