I like how you stop and talk to your followers! So many just ignore and don't have time. It shows what a great man you are. Thank you for the great content!
Best episode in a while. Up there with the intensity, drama, music editing as episodes 9 and 10. Principles that I live by are littered in this one. Great job!
Coolest part of this episode is to see how Gary interacts with fans and followers. You can tell that the reactions are real. Thank you for being real Gary and actually caring about us folks that follow you and use your FREE content everyday to better our own lives.
Gary, so powerful! I have hope that honesty and integrity will prevail in this world because of people like you. Your humility is mind blowing... Thank you for bringing value to my world!
I literally dropped few tears because of this two moments that happened throughout your day. Having someone stop you to say that you are an inspiration and what you do is life changing is such a huge humble feeling inside that I would just say, that's what life is all about. Then, at this moment you have fulfilled your purpose as a human being. It really squeezes your heart when you hear words like these coming out from another person. Hope to see you soon to say you've changed my life in a good way too :) Keep up the good work Gary!
On the topic of privacy and how we prove in our action that "People are inherently good and that main stream media talks about the 1% bad ... the ability to know more about people coming to events is far greater than we may believe ... intent and effort means more than anything" that whole talk was Great Gary
Gary V reminded me to be myself. When I first got into marketing I would think "how professional do I need to sound in this video." because I've always LOVED to use curse words, they just carry so much emotion. Then I saw Gary....he says what he wants, he does what he wants, and he's himself. It's not about what you say or how you say it, it's about the connections you build with other people.
I was just let go from my job a few weeks ago. These videos are really helping me to stay motivated to stay out there looking for work. Thank you GV. Keep up the awesome, inspirational work. - Matt
If you do start a band, I got dibs on tambourine! And I'm buying the new book once I get my first paycheck, whenever that is, if funds allow it. Again, keep up the great work! - Matt
*This is by far the best episode yet. **Killer tips and killer music! ***Best ingredient for telling stories is knowing what the audience wants to hear.
fantastic, its amazing to see how your message resonates and inspires so many different types of people.. think about it, employees at a radio show to a small-time actor (his words) to the business executives you meet with..learning a lot from you Gary and the best part is I am getting tangible results!
Great episode Gary and another fist bump to D-Rock for the unbelievable editing skills. Love to see the behind the scenes interactions with all the staffers at VM. Really gives us a picture of the man when the lights aren't on (even though you're still on camera). Keep crushing it
Just skipped back to re-watch this one. One of my favourite episodes! The energy from meeting to meeting is better than repeating the stuff (as you say) we already know. Pumped.
Loved the cadence of the episode. Easter egg at during the night meeting at Vayner. So great to see you make that extra minute to talk to that actor at Dior. That minute matters and I bet he'll remember that for a long time. Also never heard that other side of the story about the Jay Cuttler jersey.
Another fantastic episode. I must say, I did like seeing people's social media handles being displayed previously. Always good to follow people in the game.
Hey Gary absolutely great episode! They get better and better.. Loving the longer episodes in particular. Thanks for being such a beast!! I did a postgrad in business school and I've learned more by an insane margin from you than there, so thanks!
Smashed it. Favourite one yet. These off the cuff talks where you reverse engineer the audience then and there, and then relay the narrative just blows my mind. See you in Dublin.
I've been following you seriously for only 3 months now. This video just convinced me to buy the book. Gonna grab it on Kindle right now and won't put it down until I'm done.
i love the energy of Gary Team , on this episode everyone seems excited friendly Atmosphere and i really enjoyed the speech at Dior special when you give experience with a customers i think it Give a lot ideas to people out there, amazing to watch great to stuff👍
Hey Gary, I love watching these while I practice music (aspiring musician) because it's like we're working together in the same room. Much like when you walked into that man's office and said "I work you work" and I came across this realization that this is what I've been doing. Take care Gary!!
Hi Gary! Thanks for the sneak peak of the Getting Goosebumps: The Power of Storytelling podcast at 20:09 . The episode is due to launch on the 15th on iTunes and Stitcher and we're really excited!
Thanks for this!!! Realest morning motivation ever!!! BTW DRock you're killin it consistently. If they had a web series awards you would definitely clean up!
Can't wait to give away 7 copies of Gary's new book to my clients that I know are struggling and watch them explode...so pumped! Keeping one for myself to try and keep up and stay focused. #respect
I just randomly went to watch this particular episode and Gary... this story at 14:41 is so damn important. I heard you mention this on a podcast and thought this thing has to be repeated. It is such an important story for people to understand that can be applied in all fields for people.
Coming to your videos has been life changing Gary. Thanks for all the knowledge you have given. I have two of your books, Crush It and the latest one. I'm coming in august to NY I'd love get one of your books signed by you. Love you man. God bless.
Really dig D-Rock's cinematography. He could be shooting music videos, but I reckon he sees immensely more value in working with/for you. Keep up the solid content!
@garyvee you may be flattered by your fans wanting to meet you and shake your hand. The truth is its our honor to be in your presence! Another 🔥 episode !
Every episode is getting better and better. @davidrocknyc you proved it again that we are humans by messing up with the time stamp (should have been 8:40 PM) or perhaps (getting to know Gary a little bit more) it is done on purpose to see how many people are really paying attention (that too towards the end of the show). When I feel motivation I will pay attention Gary, as simple as that. Thank you. Superb episode, one of the best dailyvees, @Drock killer choice of track.
DRock!! First off great job with all the editing and filming you do on a daily, this shit is valuable and inspirational so thanks for that to both you and Gary. Just noticed that you wrote 8:40am instead of 8:40pm at 20:05 in the vid, thought you would want to that. Anyways, cheers and thanks for the value!
@Gary Vaynerchuk people are the core to what you do. You've got this image online where you're shaking someones hand at a conference and the caption says that thats the way you're building your brand. You eat, breathe, and live that. Thanks man.
Another great Daily Vee. I'm totally addicted to the show. Your content is fire, changed my perspective on how I look at and use social media for my business. Thank You. DRock's filming and music choice is spot on, did you spot the one tiny error, your evening meeting (about 19mins 40sec) the time popped up at 7:40pm, then it popped up again and it said 8:40am. Awesome show. looking forward to the next one and Ask Gary Vee.
Gary, Drock...pls pls pls drop a mixtape for DailyVee soundtrack. Coupled with the rants. Man I love your guys work!!! Always pumped after watching your stuff.
Such a good Episode! My favorite part was that at 9:00pm, @garyvee is still killing it: [What do you think are the key ingredients to a good story?] "I think the best ingredient to a good story is understanding what your audience wants to hear. And so, because i have so much listening capability and so much empathy: I’m able to really understand what they want to hear. Now, what I think makes a GREAT story teller, is-not a good one-is understanding what your audience wants to hear and understanding what you should tell them, predicated on that, and allowing the authentic, most high value information get to them, instead of pandering or manipulating them. [and that’s a game changer, isn’t it? Because that’s always been the case, right?] That is not the case for 99% of the people storytelling right now. So, I think I’m playing one big global game of Jab, Jab, Jab, Right-hook. And that’s why I think I’ve separated my self.” DailyVee 18 | 20:10-22:02 Thanks Gary for keeping it real and helping to shape the next generation of storytellers and entrepreneurs!
@davidrocknyc killing it with the music on dailyvee

Goes to a Dior meeting wearing a Jets jacket. This is why I love you Gary.
I like how you stop and talk to your followers! So many just ignore and don't have time. It shows what a great man you are. Thank you for the great content!
The warmth of Gary's interactions with strangers is so kind & generous.
I like how you showed up to Dior "Underdressed" told them about wine and gave them the knowledge. I love you man

This episode was great - a perfect mix of behind the scenes what you do during the day + knowledge droppin' + good music

Gary walking in and handing his Jets jacket to the Dior coat check guy like a boss!
I feel like I'm learning more from the DailyVee at the moment! Thanks so much Gary and D-Rock!
Loved the cadence of the episode. Easter egg at during the night meeting at Vayner. So great to see you make that extra minute to talk to that actor at Dior. That minute matters and I bet he'll remember that for a long time. Also never heard that other side of the story about the Jay Cuttler jersey.
the music on this episode at the end was legit, the content also like always was enriching.
This is my new addiction.. Watching Gary's hustle early in my morning for a shot in gem arm. Thanks G-Dog for sharing your grind!
Another fantastic episode. I must say, I did like seeing people's social media handles being displayed previously. Always good to follow people in the game.
That talk you gave to Dior . . . insightful. I have to say, that was deep knowledge! Keep up that INTENT/EFFORT, man!
You know DRock is an honest person when the time check he puts up is the same as the public tower clock at 0:51 😁
ha!
+Faridah Baba lol yeah, he can easily BS us with the exact times.
Martin Uzunov 😂 right?
I never thought of it like that!!
He freaked me out when it went from 7:45 to 8:40 AM at 20:07

Great story about the Chicago Bears jersey. It's all about thinking outside of the box and stand out of the crowd. (y)
There is gold hidden throughout this video, but there is platinum sitting in the last few minutes, I'll leave it at that!
