@@shootintheshtpodcastI ran an Emissary for a while. Switched over to an Arisaka Indexer and will never go back. The BCM KAG is fantastic as well.
I dislike how it looks on like every other gun I’ve seen it on, but I like the emissary on the 11.5 plus it’s not a VFG so I can run it on the 11.5. It feels great, and I like it
@@shootintheshtpodcast yeah it all comes down to personal preference. Personally I didn’t like it. Didn’t care for the look or the feel.
So whats your concern with the BRT eztune.
No concern, just don’t want to pull everything apart to replace the gas tube

Wh-what? Why buy colt? lousy choice. Buffer wont do enough Went H3 and spring red in past. Adjustable gasblock is the route but if you dont want to five up Solid FSB which I also own and love then you need adjustable BCG there is various options for this.
In over 4k rounds it had 1 malfunction. It’s a great upper and I do highly recommend it.
@@shootintheshtpodcast colt isn't really colt anymore and it is not worth the price. you are paying union workers that doesn't not deserve the money those guy aren't passionate about the craft as evident qc issue in past they use subpar parts and ask for same price so union worker can get paid more and company still making profit. Buy tools, buy BCM blem upper and truly your choice of barrel anywhere from short pistol length pencil faxon barrel to heavy match 24" barrel(beefy upper recommended for hbar past 16*). Truly choose handguard you want. Chose any quality bcg under the sun. Chose any gasblock you want and install it properly. Then you will get best bang for your buck built properly by your hand there is no doubt with barrel nut torque or thread care because you lubricated the thread and the face on shoulder of barrel extension which barrel nut inner flange twist and push against. If you think you might rebarrel the upper in future then use antiseize as thread lubricant.
@@TrollinCrazyRussian these colt 6933 uppers are some of the cheaper uppers on the market being around 400 🫘. Second of all none of what you said makes sense… you go build if that’s what you wanna do.

Buy BCM blem upper $50current-$80 past + forward assist assembly $15-20 + dust cover $10 + $99 PA expo bcg(mircobest) + raptor LT $75 + FAXON PENCIL 10.5 $165 + superlative gas block $90 + expo carbine gas tube $9 + long three prong fh of our choosing cause birdcage don't work on barrel shorter than 14.5
That's $459 before FH and free float handguard of our choosing. I have adjustable gas block and raptor CH w comfortable to touch plastic handle. Barrel will fit tight in upper cause it's BCM upper. Upper thread would be well slathered w antiseize and barrel extensions face shoulder lubricated for barrel nut with whatever handguard. Torque will be perfection 60-70 ft-lb. Gasblock will be installed perfectly with set screw biting into barrel and red loctite or dimpled and staked (the screw themselves) Barrel will shoot about same as colt (colt barrel are luck of draw just same as faxon) with faxon you won't feel bad shooting bimetal bullet or shooting too fast cause you can replace it easily and cheaply. Also it's lighter and potentially have better FF handguard making price total for upper maybe $700-$900 about same price but better built quality and better parts that you actually want. (I love FSB for short upper it's perfect bomb proof beater for truck gun/home defense. (yeah I use premium Ammo 64gr gold dots barrel length is not a concern with that Ammo)
