Thank you for sharing about this! Last year I came across carnivore and thought it seemed crazy but I gave it a try for a month cause I was still so up and down with my moods, low energy, struggling to lose weight and dealing with inflammation even while doing the keto diet. After 3 days I told my husband people are gonna think I'm crazy if I continue eating like this but I felt so good that I continued for 2 months (also losing 15lbs without exercise). I stopped cause I thought it might be like a detox and I could start eating other whole foods again but I wish I would not have cause many of the issues I was having came back. I started doing carnivore again last week and I'm already seeing vast improvements with mood, energy and inflammation yet again. This time I plan to stick with it regardless of how crazy people think I am! I seriously believe food should be our fuel and medicine first and foremost (although I definitely enjoy steak 😋). Adam and Eve ate plants in Eden but everything was perfect then. If God convicts my heart to change my diet I will obey, but I am much more convicted about being a better steward of the body and life he's given me. I'm so thankful for this.

Carnivore is healing 60 years of disordered eating for me. For my son (29) his anxiety and depression are in check without medication now. Praise the Lord for his leadings in this way of eating for my family. Hubby is able to sleep without c-pap and no snoring now. 🎉❤😂

Yes! Never going back to a “normal” way of eating. We eat whatever is offered when we go to a friend’s house and generally we have no issues. We use saucers to eat so it seems like a full plate. 😂

Raw Nigerian Dwarf goat milk was a huge life changing thing for us. Grocery store dairy products are really tough on my system. It's A2 protein; it's got a high fat content, and it's got all the good probiotics. Fresh milk does not taste weird at all. I think everyone ought to have a couple little dairy goats. You don't need tons of space and they are pretty low maintenance.

We had a friend who did some research and found it to be harder on your liver than HF corn syrup. I know we can’t all be perfect (I’m certainly not!) but that was one of the things we did remove after researching it. We decided to have things that we could personally make ourselves - if we could grow a maple tree in Texas we could tap it and boil down syrup- we have bees so we do have honey. You cannot make agave syrup from an agave plant the way it is sold in stores without special equipment 😢

I am curious what your thoughts about it relating to the biblical diet God first gave man to eat, but more specifically the unclean foods he told us not to eat specifically Pig, bacon?

    • @kathyc7284
      @kathyc7284 Рік тому

That was changed in the NT when God said Nothing was unclean. Adam and Eve were vegans. Then they weren't. The aroma of meat was pleasing to God. So....didn't God change what we could eat? Yes. But, we should eat what He created. Many things have been changed by man with all the chemicals they spray on everything and GMO products. Right now, they are talking about factory made meat and adding MRNA to our beef. And lets face it. America is obese and the most unhealthy country because of man's food. You can eat veggies, but they do have glysophates that can really make some people ill.

She mentioned it in the first bit of the video. Unclean animals were a restriction under the old law, the old law was fulfilled through Jesus in the new law (new testament) so we are no longer under the law. We are now free to live without following the old law. We are no longer restricted in our diet.

Look up Dr. Nader Ali and Dr . Anthony Chaffee as well. If you are metabolically healthy (low blood sugars, healthy weight, low insulin resistance, etc.) high cholesterol levels, including LDL, show less risk of mortality. High LDL can even be neuroprotective and has antiviral and antibacterial effects if everything else is in fairly good standing.
I’ve done a lot of research for my health because I had a brother die at 63 with metabolic illness and brain dysfunction. He had been 5 years bed bound and had about 6 second memory from the ravages to his brain from poor eating and uncontrolled diabetes. This all came from his eating the standard American diet : lower fat, whole grains, skim milk and diet soda.
      Be well. 🙏❤️

Keto and carnivores tend to have great cholesterol levels. Just make sure bloodwork for cholesterol levels is broken down by LDL, HDL, and triglycerides. You will find HDL (the good cholesterol) to be up in keto/carnivores, and LDL and triglycerides (both very bad) to be significantly lower than the HDL when they share their bloodwork. It was exactly that way for me as well when I last had my blood panels done.

God defined what food was in Leviticus 11, so all food has always been clean. Anything that was unclean was never food. Numbers 15:15-16 , : romans 11:19-24,
Mark 7 was about defiled hands not food and he was taking to Jews who knew what food was.
I pray that everyone will pray for clarity. Reevaluation. With an open heart Is never a bad thing even if you come back to the same conclusion. I have enjoyed hearing about your carnivore living, can I say yours eyes look alive where other I’ve seen on this way of eat don’t. God bless you all.

Me personally I consider anything extreme by excluding an entire food group should be a red flag. Yes, there may be immediate benefits but long term 10-20 years should be considered. Logically does it seem biblical to eat 2-4 pounds of meat with nothing else? 🤔 Remember Jesus fed 5000 people with fish and bread! 😊 I can see decreasing highly processed foods and sticking to a whole foods unprocessed diet. Also consider that in ancient times there were foods grown in regions and not others. Extrapolating that to today-if you live in say in a cooler northern climate and are eating oranges grown/processed in a warmer climate then shipped to that northern climate-it seems normal in how we live today because as humans we have pushed the boundaries of ‘normal’ for food options-but it really isn’t. Anyway I am so glad this is working for you but I think it is extreme for me/my family BUT I can see having a portion of meat and a side of other whole food considered native to the area/region I live. But honestly I am not even that rigid! Life should not be about bread alone. ❤

Interesting video!! I haven't watched you much yet but I love your way of explaining things, and love love lovd that you are Bible based. I ask from a simply curious place and not a place of judgement - have you considered the environmental effects of eating carnivore?
I certainly don't have the best diet figured out but in my 31 years of life, after going to school for food science and working in a chicken factory for a while, the one thing I have been telling people if they ask my opinion is that eating more plants is good for you. I might have to have a think about that. I think for most people it's true (if they don't have a sensitivity/allergy), but maybe not you guys if you're on carnivore/keto.
Do you try to make sure to stay in ketosis? I'm assuming how closely you follow the carnivore/keto diet you are all the time but I'm curious if you ever check.
Thanks for your consideation and I'll be seeing you around on your channel! ❤ please keep up the amazing work.
