@@PostPros First off this channel is awesome, wish I would have found it years ago. After obsessing about your rims I picked up 18", 7.5"w ET 51...all the same specs yours but from an Audi Etron. My bore size is 66.6, the same as the vanagon (in theory) and the same as the Omanyts from the R32... yet they don't seat properly. Did you have to use spacers? Did you have to machine the wheel bore? Also, I haven't gotten through all of your vids yet...did you do the rear disc brakes or do you still have drums? The bolts on the face of the drums maybe not helping either. Sorry for so many questions - you rock, thanks!

@@NAMTRADEV yes I had to open up the wheel bores to get them to clear the front grease caps. Also used 20mm spacers to clear the upper control arm. I put them on back just to kick the wheel out, with your wheel it won’t hit sliding door either (with 225 40 18 tires).. Yes I made a rear disc conversion, but if you keep the drums you can ditch the little 6mm bolt that holds the drum on. It’s just there to keep it in place with the wheel off and I’m sure it’s in your way. You can get wheel hardware at T3 technique. He’s got everything you need!! I totally recommend the stud conversion for the front, makes it a lot easier with a spacer.
      Thanks for the kind words!!🤙

@@PostPros Thanks for the reply, it is super appreciated!! Did you have the centers bored by a machine shop or do it yourself with a router (as I've seen on YT...looks sketch)? I can't find a shop that has a lathe big enough to hold and 18" wheel?
