  • Cover Girl, a 1964 release by Aura Records as the A side of # 395. Written by Buchanan & Hollins, produced by Jimmy Mack (aka Jimmy McEachin) and arranged by Gene Page. The B side is Where My Money Goes.

    The Furys are best known for their 1962 release of Zing Went the Strings of My Heart which was recorded as well by PJ Proby in 1964. A song written by James M. Smith (aka PJ Proby) "Anything for You" was recorded by The Furys and released in 1964 on the World-Pacific label.

    Sounds like Brenda Lee's Here Comes That Feeling That Comes To Me At Night lol. Very Soulful and Drifteresque. Fffing BRILLIANT IMO x
