Brian May wrote "Save Me" about a friend whose relationship had ended, and played piano, synths and guitars (electric and twelve-string acoustic) on it.
It was recorded in 1979 and released in the U.K. on January 25th, 1980.
It was also included in the album The Game as the last track of the album released June 30, 1980.
Hi guys, About a year ago in put in a request for Kvelertak, The Norwegian band, thanks for that one! I loved it! Since it's almost a year since my first and only request, I think its time to put in another one to support your channel. Lets not forget about Freddie and Queen, this live performance is in my opinion breath taking. This is over 40 years ago, and yet, still legendary. So enjoy this one, this song and vocals are conditioner for the ears. Atleasyt mine. :P you guys have put alot of UA-cam screentime on me, keep that going. Still love your entertaining channel. 3 Peace an love from Norway.

This is my favorite song from "The Game" album.
I've seen them do this live twice, both times at Madison Square Garden. First in 1980, second in 1982 with Billy Squier opening for them.
Over 40 years later I still get a chill hearing this.

I was just a 20 year old boy when I went to see my first international show. Queen was at the top of their career and they came to São Paulo, here in Brazil. I was at Morumbi Stadium completely packed with ardent fans. It was just crazy. Eternal greetings! 🎉😢👏🏻👏🏻🌹🙏🏻⏳🇧🇷
Brian wrote this song for a friend who was going through a difficult breakup. There are a few accounts that say Brian actually wrote this about/for Freddie. I love this song and I love that Brian starts out on piano then hops up with his guitar and Freddie takes over on the Piano. Thank you for your reactions.

After watching this multiple times m, there are moments Freddy is somewhere else in thought and brings himself back to the song.

Hi guys could I request a song originally sang by Paul _& Barry Ryan . Called Eloise a cover done by the dammed a punk band from UK, they were quite big through Europe and the UK I don't think they cracked the US charts but was released there. This is a great song with a the orchestra backing both by the dammed and Paul and Barry Ryan .the lead singer david vanian also has a great voice . Have a listen guys hope you like it ,one of those that will never die .
