The cash card guy was one of my favorite one-off encounters. He never talks to you again after the scam lol.
No scam. You can sell it to Brooks in Far Harbor. Don't ask how long I played the game before I discovered that one.

I ran into him after I'd finished the main quest so caps weren't an issue so I thought screw it I'll buy it. If he didn't call me that name after I wouldn't have ended him 😂

You kind of missed one. If you go to Goodneighbor and memory den - before meeting Nick Valentine, you can actually use the memory device and recall meeting Kellogg for the first time when you were frozen. The quest ends with them telling you to go to meet Nick Valentine and get help.
I have an actual super rare interaction that I still haven't found anyone who knows about it :
If you follow the Railroad main questline, you eventually have to turn against the BoS, but if you decide to complete some BoS quest before, especially the one where you find out about a traitor who feeds ghouls under the airport (forgot the name), you have different endings to this quest depending on the fate you give the traitor. If you convince him to turn himself in, he actually gets locked up in the Cambridge police station (that already few people new). Back to the Railroad, when you'll have to infiltrate and blow up the Prydwen, you have to raid the police station to hijack a vertibird, in the middle of the assault you eventually come across the prisoner and you can free him and that will unlock the rare voiceline where he acts confused but still appreciates you freeing him.
It ain't much but I'm suprised how I haven't found absolutely no one mentioning this.
I knew he got locked up on the police station but I never thought you could free the dude in the railroad quest line

Since Brooks is synth, I guess Myrna wasn't wrong about charge cards being "synth money" xD
There is one where Preston talks to u about killing the raiders at nuka world if u became the over boss before u join the minutemen
I'm running that storyline right now. Mother who lost everything, going off the deep-end and making everyone suffer... other than anything that hurts or exploits children (the Mother aspect). But it's so hard staying away from Concord lol

I found a dialog option that I think is pretty rare. Preston Garvey once said that another settlement needs our help
If you get the Heather mod as a companion, she, once in a while will sarcastically state 'oh no, another settlement needs our help. I'm worried'. It's hilarious and caught me off guard.

I played Fallout 4 years ago with 300+ mods but I can't remember this guy.
As I am someone who is autistic, I find that word to be offensive, not funny. So when Parker says that word, I kill him.
it was the best dialog in the whole game. lol

I almost got the dialog to talk with Theodore but Piper blasted him full of buckshot as soon as the dialog started

I think Preston also has dialogue if you clear the castle with him as a companion, its a small change, something along the lines of "since we already cleared the castle..."
Ran into Decan while I was buying ammo at Goodneighbor, he thought he was slick.
There is a fusion core in the Red Rocket cave, who doesn't have a fusion core when you meet Preston/Sturgis?

Never encountered Parker, but I'm from the Boston area and the accent is spot on. 😂😂😂
Parker Quinn isn't a random encounter. Always appears in the same place
With Deacon you coulda gone with what happens when you hesd to the Railroad immediately. Dude is wigged out you found it and got in but still somehow vouches for you
Wish they did more with the children of atom and the gunners. HUGE missed opportunities
I absolutely love this game but missed opportunities could be a secondary title. Lol.
I noticed Deacon chanving his disguises, but i thought it was based off of the locarions you're in. Never noticed he changed disguises everytime you turn away.
So what happens if you use the recall code on the courser and then talk to the SRB guy about how you beat the courser? Is there another unique line or is it still just the basic four?
To be fair, Myrna is just crazy.
Mama Murphy can also grant hidden perks. Including -25% damage from Kellogg.

got many of these dialogs myself, because I have played much fallout 4 in the years :D
but this one with shinjin during silver shroud is hardcore and I didnt knew it.
I also tried to ignore the BoS and working with the minutemen. after the story is finished danse said something like: "oh, you already worked with someone else."
Gonna a have to do that courser recall code one. That shit was hilarious. 😂
Gotta say one thing I do love about the new update, before even if you gave Deacon a custom outfit he'd still change out of it. But when I had hi post patch I gave him a vault suit + leather armour (same thing my character wears) and it kept it on the entire time I had him until getting his perk. Even when I visit Railroad HQ he still has the vault suit on.
I'm so happy they fixed custom attires. Because that was super annoying that even if you gave him custom gear, he'd still always change out of it. Thankfully that's no longer the case.

The Eddie winter quest is the same whether you have the tapes already or not. I literally just finished it.
Love the small details in these games! Location specific dialogue, and other little details based on what you're wearing and using and world status is one if things that keeps me coming back to try more stuff in these games! 😁😎👍🏻

Wait the greentech courser shuts down where he’s standing? Whenever I use the recall code he walks into the corner and then he collapses weird.
I’ve seen quite a few of those but making a deal with Theodore was cool.
I once decided to take Theodore up on his offer to give me a cut of his profits, and MacCready liked it. Seconds later he inexplicably domed Theodore and rendered the negotiation completely worthless 🤦♂

The charge cars guy I killed and got my money back.
The "sucker" comment was why I killed him.

Did this quest yesterday. Talked to Preston, got the armor and mini gun. It wouldn’t shoot, so I slugged some raiders. Then the deathclaw killed me and my game crashed. 😂

This is my very first playthrough of fallout 4 ever and I'm having so much fun...I'm at work right now watching videos because all's I want to do is go home and neglect my wife and children for a couple of hours so I can find out what is in the sewers that I just discovered....

I’m just gonna stop the video early to avoid any spoilers. I’m a recent fallout enjoyer thanks to the show. I’ve got mass effect, dragon age, cyberpunk, etc under my belt but Fallout was the one series I hadn’t touched yet and I’m really enjoying it. I liked the show and figured it was time to play it myself
Fallout 4 is such a good game. I’m glad there’s so many new players since the show came out. Just remember you can take your time before the end of the game. You can achieve full affinity with each faction ( tho I think your decisions can still upset other factions ) before making your choice!

If only while wearing power armor u could ram open or kick open doors instead of lockpicking & force open mag locked doors at the expense of potentially damaging tje armor if u dont have high enough strength to offset not having Intelligence.
