I hated doing legs, but then I found this. Started doing this workout every day, and my back pain/stiffness is gone and mobility increased dramatically. Thank you for your workouts.
After how much time you started noticing the stiffness in the lower back healing?
@@ltcolfrankslade. it was about three weeks. Haven't had low back discomfort at all since I started doing this regularly.

OMG! I did this yesterday thinking it won't do much as it's only 15 minutes, but boy oh boy, I was so wrong. I ended up sweating and so accomplished after this one. Woke up today feeling sore on my glutes and legs, but you know what, I'm gonna keep doing it anyway. Thank you so much Maddie! Will keep doing all these exercises with you now! Cheers! ❤

A question for you Maddie:
Would you consider putting together a playlist of some of your videos that could help develop cardio endurance?
I took a break from working out for a while and I really want to build back up to the place I was, but I’m not even sure how to start. I know you have lots of beginner cardio workout videos; I just think it would be helpful if you put them in an ordered playlist of difficulty progression. I know it’s a huge favor, but I think it would be really helpful.
I’ve watched Maddie since the start of 2020 and many other fitness creators but my muscles feel fully engaged with her workouts and she explains everything so thoroughly

Omg I loved this!! I used to do quite a bit of weight training but haven't picked up weight in many months, and I'm getting into body weight exercises like this again. This was so perfect and I am sweating but I know I can come back to this over and over to build up my booty again!

I really really like these kinds of workout. They got me started into Homeworkouts in 2020 and now I use them complementary to the machines at the gym. Mostly these shorter ones, as they make for great finishers after targeting another area of my body before.

Wow! I loved this! I’ve been doing some of these moves for years following Blogilates but turns out I was doing the form on some of them less than ideally! I liked how slow and low key this workout was, perfect for a more chill day while still getting a good burn and focusing on form!
Just subscribed. As a beginner I often have a hard time following along but since you explain HOW TO do the proper form I feel it’s a better overall experience

I don't know when was the last time i did a workout (before this one obv), probably a year ago, but i don't know a better fitness youtuber. Your workouts are always on point. That was a lot more intense than I expected for no equipment 😂 I'm drenched (of course, it's also very humid where I am, lol). I really appreciated the tips on this one 👍🏻 Very helpful and I got a good burn🔥 It turns out I'm guilty of dropping my hips a bit with glute-bridge abductions 😅 One of those tips that I hate to love, heheh. You should do separate stretching videos for different parts of the body. For example glute and leg stretch and then another can be upper body stretch. That would be amazing! I hope that makes sense :)

Whew! Any time I think I’ll do a quick & “easy” workout with you I’m proven wrong haha. I love it!! My only question is no matter how many times I’ve tried good mornings, or how amazing your descriptions are I can never seem to feel much of anything when I do that one & I have no idea why. 🤔 I love how your workouts always leave me feeling like I put in 3x the amount of time. I did 35 mins of Pilates prior to this so I’m definitely done for the night. 🥵

I love this workout so much! I've been doing it for a while and I'm definitely seeing more improvement and more confidence too!! Before I used to do this at home but now I do it at the gym where there's a mirror and I've been paying key attention to my form. I realized I arch my back during kickbacks and I find it hard to keep my spine straight. Can anyone help me and explain to me how to keep my back straight?

I repeated the workout twice and added a 10llb dumbbell and 5 llb ankle weights (if you’re wanting a push) and omg glutes on fire!! So good 👏🏽
