What makes you be best fitness instructor are the tips you give like, “Push the floor away from you.” That totally made sense to me and my side lunges started feeling WAY better.
that single offhand comment made me FEEL them lunges, and for someone at the start of their journey it now makes more sense, this is really good training and help
If you want your legs to get stronger I 100% recommend this!! I’ve only been doing this exercise for 5 days and I already feel and see changes!! My legs have gotten more defined and less jello like, and I always feel the burn!! No workouts have ever given me a burn like this one. I reccomend 100%. Update : I’ve been doing this for close to 2 months and it’s toned up my legs a lot!! Absolutely reccomend. Last update : I stopped after a while of this and I js wanna say that my legs did get bigger and I did notice I had gained weight in a good way
Crazy how the pace isn’t intense but I’m always dripping sweat at the end of this workout! I add weights in and now this is a staple in my UA-cam workout playlist. Thanks Maddy!!!
Yesssss! How true!! It was slow and controlled yet I’m dripping sweat from head to toe and my butt and legs are buuuuuurning!! I LOVE it!! She’s amazing!! Love the way she explains but doesn’t over talk! She has a sense of calm, relaxation yet at the same time she gets down to business! She is pure GOLD!!! 💛💛💛❤️❤️❤️
I love all your workout vids, the ONLY thing I wish was that you showed the exercise fully before starting the timer. I often find myself losing 10-15 seconds on the timer just trying to watch you do the move so I’m doing it correctly, and when it’s a 30 second timer or less I miss a lot of the workout
I enjoy this slow and controlled workout! Some people might be expecting jumps or something HIIT like when the word "killer legs" is in the title but I prefer this style much more. The slow squats and lunges give a really good butt workout. Also no jumping involved, low-impact, apartment-friendly, & low-intensity friendly.
This is the first time I have ever worked out and actually felt my glutes work. Love the lower intensity as well since I'm just starting to work out again!
Glad I came across this channel. I had a knee injury when I was young that’s affecting me now that I’m older. I couldn’t do much leg workouts because my knee would start clicking and hurting. This video is just what I needed. Even though it’s only 15 minutes, it’s just enough to get a real good workout without any pain.
Maddie. I stumbled across your video about two weeks ago and I have to say they are the best instructional videos I’ve found! Thank you so much for your variety, enthusiasm and support! I love that you add the do’s and don’ts into the video. So helpful. All the best from a fellow Canadian!!
Really appreciate you advising to take time with lunges. For years, the workout videos and instructors I've worked with have had you do lunges at lightning speed, and I always end up, losing my balance and falling over leaving me feeling incompetent and awkward. I'm also very tall so getting my legs back and lunges is not something I can do very quickly, but the fact that you were meticulous an allowed us to take our time really helped me feel like I was actually getting toned so thank you for your cadence.
Been trying to lose a bit of weight and tone up around the edges - quite large thighs and hips. Cut back on carbs and cut sugar out along with walking around 10k a day. Struggled to find a workout I found to work for me until discovering your channel. I’ve been using this workout along with your separate leg and butt workouts and adding a few things that I feel work a bit better for me, for the last 1.5 weeks (one workout a day with repeats) and the difference is uncanny! My legs are starting to look better already and even have a small gap which I’m quite pleased about! Journey so far has been 5 weeks and lost nearly a stone in that time. When I’m not working out, that’s all I want to do. Thank you so much for your content, it really has made a difference🥰
hi maddie! i love your channel and i was wondering if you’d make a video with all YOUR favorite exercises! it’s always motivating when an instructor says that they love a workout❤❤
Today is my first day starting to work out and I watched this video for 7:46 min and stopped, I don't really wanna push myself to do everything because I'm not used to working out, hopefully, in the next week I will be able to finish it!
Needed a lower body workout while I was in recovery from a shoulder fracture. Found this, tried it, it’s now a regular part of my workouts. Loved it. And I hope you don’t take any offense to this, but I love that you’re breathing heavy after some of the moves, like you’re tired like us. I know it’s because you’re talking while doing them, but it makes it just feel so much more involved as opposed to you talking over your video later. I don’t know, I like it. It’s like you’re in the room doing it with us as opposed to it being staged.
(No proper time schedules) New workout program: Day 1: felt the burn and made sure to do warm ups and cool downs. I feel this work out will be very effective, will report back tomorrow! Day 2:Feeling very sore from yesterday, this work out burnt me out 🥵 continuing tomorrow hopefully lol. Day 3: pushing myself very hard warm up helped my burnt out muscles, becoming a bit more easier everytime, I’ll see if I’ll do it tomorrow too or not.❤️ Day 4: much easier than the last days, did forget to mention that after every work out I became very nauseated but now that I’m making sure to eat better before and that I’ve gotten way more use to the work out it’s a lot easier. Also the muscle soreness is starting to wear off and I feel like I’m getting more stronger lol 💪 . Day 5: so much easier!!!! I feel so good after, a bit out of breath as expected but that’s about it!! Getting so much more use to it :) Day 6: quite easy feeling a bit unmotivated though had to force myself to do it maybe after day 7 I’ll take a break.I think I see a bit of a difference as well. Day 7: was doing extra activities today so I felt a bit more strained when doing it but oh my gosh my legs feel so much more stronger! This workout is very effective! Should I take breaks on weekends? Day 8: same feelings more motivated today.Tomorrow is Saturday so I might do on Saturday too but take breaks on Sundays. Day 9: (taking a break)
Day 1: ✅ I know my form was so bad and I kept taking breaks. I felt like I was gonna fall if I even tried to bend my knee but I told my bf I will try to workout my thighs and butt for him so I pulled through 💪 (even tho I did some of them wrong and kept taking breaks)
I have always had trouble with side lunges so I really appreciate your instruction there. Also, I guess I am lucky because I hear most fitness instructors on UA-cam are not very good/loud music playing/no instruction from the instructors lol, but Madfit videos were the first videos I started using when I began exercising, and now you’re the only one I use because it’s effective and very good format and great instruction on form. Thanks a bunch :D
-aiming for a fuller bum and a thicker thighs -(90 day progress)(18/05/23-17yrs) Day 1-9/10 felt no pain (kept pausing bcs if low lobg the video was )(I am wearing loose pants and the roundness of the bum is visible half way into the video)(ended it with jumping stacks) Day 2-10/10 -felt energetic and also ended the workout with jumping stacks Day 3-had one day break chai I was really sweating but afterwards I did the 10 minute booty workout
This is kill me! I was so drenched with sweats… and my legs are now trembling 😂 I wish the way you coaching with your content never changed, somehow I like it like you talk with me during the workout not only song or voice over and no need font because who have time to watch screen all the time during workout? And your timer somehow when I’m not keeping up with you, they’re ringing to me 😅. Welldone Maddie!
Starting doing this exercise everyday (hoping that I last) also I'm 13 and not adult and everyones body is taking this different so please understand and don't worry If the same doesn't apply to you, this is just my experience. day 1: First time doing this and in 2/3 my thighs started burn (not literally) and I felt muscles stretching all way from my thighs and butt to the end my ankles. I also felt muscles building up in my calves as they are more firm after one day. After workout Im feeling comfy burning! :D
Ok wow! I couldn’t make it to the gym today and it’s leg day, decided to just do it at home and lemme tell ya. I’m seating and my legs and booty feel like jello! Def coming back to this one!
Hi maddie I really enjoy your videos I have a different body type to you at the moment but it doesnt deter me. I really take to the way you guide us through the exercises with slow and proper form. It really helps as a beginner. And also your vids are quick and i have minimum patience so thank you 😂 keep it up 🎉🎉🎉
Thanks Maddie. This was a good one. I can feel it. I'm trying to get my legs toned back into shape. I liked all the comments you made about how we should do these correctly!
I love your workouts! No fuss, straight to the point and really effective routines. I am not a gym person so this is perfect for me to do at home! Keep doing what you are doing 🦵💪
Loved this variation! Sometimes I add weights to these no equipment workouts, and sometimes I don’t. I added light weights to a few of these supersets and it was the perfect modification! Thanks Maddie🙌🏼
I enjoy doing standing workout most of the time including standing abs, full body and leg workout. Doing workout has always been important in my life and I would consider working every day.
This was so helpful, thank you. I broke my wrist a few weeks ago and have been inactive because of it (and not at all motivated) but I searched for a lower body workout without weights and this was perfect!
Wow, what an amazing leg/booty/thigh workout! I love that it's a 15-minute routine specifically targeting those areas without the need for any equipment. The intensity of the exercises really pushes you to work those muscles to the max. The variety of movements keeps the workout engaging and challenging, and I appreciate the clear instructions throughout the video. Can't wait to incorporate this into my fitness routine for some killer legs! Great job!🔥🔥🔥
Had a lot of difficulty with the reverse lunges. I don't think my form was correct as it caused tension in my back so I just did an alternate move and kept going through the 45 seconds. I will be trying this again!
OMG I thought this would be easy but I ended up dripping sweat and almost unable to walk! Needless to say, I am super out of shape and this tutorial was great!
Thank you Maddie for all the fabulous workouts! I’m a teen (13 to be precise) and I’ve been doing your workouts for over a year! They helped me gain so much muscle and taught me how to properly do moves so that I have the correct technique for other trainers I mix in during the week! I now work out for an hour a day all thanks to you helping me build up my strength! Thanks again ❤
Thank you girl, for sharing all these great workout videos. I feel more happy with a workout on my day and even moving my city I could do in my own home.
Another winner! Always looking for leg workout and this one was just right in timing. Also realized that last exercise tests your balance which I need to practice - thank you Maddie~

Oh my gosh, you kicked my butt and I love you for it!!😂❤ i’ve done so many butt workout videos in the last month, trying to find one that makes me burn, and yours was the best- by far! I’m gonna stick to your video only. Thank you thank you thank you!🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
Hey ! Can you do a floor back workout for home?? I’ve done conditioning before and really enjoy the back/chest & arm workouts all from the floor without weights. That would be awesome to see I love your channel!
Thank you for sharing! I am on my weight loss journey. Hoping to lose 80 pounds within a year if possible. Gonna be doing these leg workouts twice a day. A long with portion and calorie control. I don't eat alot but after having my son I gained a whopping 60 lbs 😮😢😊
Damn after a break from workout, and I used to do intense workout, this is too hard I barely finished I stopped for 3 times. Thank you you made my legs shake.
Whoa. Good butt workout! I didn’t realize how out of breath I would be at the end! As someone with sensitive knees, pushing them out during a squat is a way to get hurt.
What makes you be best fitness instructor are the tips you give like, “Push the floor away from you.” That totally made sense to me and my side lunges started feeling WAY better.
I don’t get what she means by that. Can you please explain it to me if u can 😭
