Russian leather is my favorite
Glad to see that French Leather made it up to your #2, Seb. Your description nailed it which explains why I love it even though I am not a Rose lover at all. Godolphin is my favourite leather-centric scent.

Thanks for the review! I was literally sitting at a perfume store last night comparing the same fragrances. My fave is African leather followed by Russian leather and Italian leather. Morrocan and French were OK, and I am not really a fan of the Irish leather. I also got to try African Rose, and I like Eau de memo, a nice green tea plus leather.
Moroccan Leather and Irish Leather are my top 2 💚
At last I have come to a conclusion to buy another fragrance from this house (after the Shams Oud) and that is African Leather. That is now on my wish list. Yeah !!!! Thanks for the collaboration review. We really enjoy it.

First time I tried Memo Paris fragrances was a bit over a year ago, in Galeries Lafayette in Paris. I remember coming back home with blotters and sniffing them over and over. I just couldn't get enough. But the one that fully caught my attention and made me addicted was a Russian Leather. It feels like a warm scarf during a walk on a cold winter night.

I finally got around to testing a Memo- Iberian Leather. It really blew me a way. I don’t know when or where I would wear it. But I love the journey. Intoxicating.

I have all except Maroccan. For me, Italian all the way! It dries down into a unique vanilla-leather note. African, close second.
Dying to try French leather.. sounds me to a tee. Have African and of course love it.. what’s to say really but French sounds super exciting. White suede from Tom Ford is my love so if this resembles that suede in anyway... then I’m smitten.

Heard so many people raving about the African leather so I picked up a sample and I didn't care for it at all. I'm pretty new to fragrances so maybe leather scents just aren't my thing but I'm open to trying a few more leather samples I'm even gonna try the African leather again but just to be thorough lol .. great reviews on your channel sir. I'm not a big leather fan but I would definitely try the Moroccan Leather with that green twist to it. Really not into the others. Solid review. The two of you work very well together; do more.
Leather usually wrecks fragrances for me, which is a shame because I know there are so many great compositions I'll miss out on- like these. Just don't like the note of leather. Especially mixed with any gourmand notes.

To me the african leather is like the best scent ever out there for a mens signature perfume, thats is my "go to" on special ocassions or if I wanna go all out, it isa pricey perfume but really worth it
Hmmm...I'm not a fan of Memo. But I am a fan of you two, so I had to watch! I've sampled most from the leather series and none of them particularly impressed me. Factor in the prices these go for and this is an easy pass for me.

african leather is a masterpiece period. I get a creaminess out of the mid that i adore. That spice mixed with leather . Actually one of the best cardamoms ive ever smelled.

My favorite perfume is Memo African Leather.
It is probably also the best-selling Leather perfume Memo has. In Memo French Leather there is, to my taste, a very rose scent and suspiciously approaches a woman's perfume, I have bought a perfume sample of it. A man should not smell overwhelmingly of rose in perfume.
Try comparing Memo french Leather with Paul Smith's “Rose” which is an excellent budget friendly women's perfume, also for young women in their 20s. 100 ml. at a very low price. There is not far between the two scents.
But that is of course my opinion about Memo french Leather.

A line I haven’t yet been able to try any of but they do sound very interesting. I have Byredo Baudelaire and really like it and the notes sound similar to Irish Leather wondering if there is similarity there. Great vid as always, thanks.
U can get a tomato leaf note in Diptyque's L'Ombre dans l'Eau.
Sisley''s Eau De Campagne but I get ivy in L'Ombre Dans L'Eau. I'll sniff again! :)
Which of these leathers is the best leather for a non leather lover?
Great video. I tried them all at Neiman Marcus the other day. It’s a very nice line of quality leathers. I too liked the African leather the best. Still prefer Clive Christian C and Cuir de Ange by Hermessence.

African leather is beautiful but I feel that it is the least innovative of the bunch, I have smelled similar leather scents before! But it is a leather spice fall winter fragrance :)
On my Italian leather, the metal plate at the front of the bottle is more of a bronze colour than gold, is that normal?
My favorite is the Russian.
ure buying all 6 bottles....get rid of over 1000 bucks resp. 1200€....but have top scents, unique fragrances for 5 years minimum...addictive stuff from Memo...African Leather my fav too

Hopefully I'll get to try the others in this series. I love the note of cardamom and when asking about the best fragrances with cardamom, African Leather always made the list. After finally sniffing it, I knew I had to get a bottle. The only other one I've tried is Russian Leather, which is nice but it didn't impress me that much.
