Bonjour Jus de Rose! After having tested 10 perfumes of Memo, this Tiger Nest remains the best discovery of this year...just wouahhh! The same feeling of..."but this is my Signature scent!". The Winter Palace is bright, the Sicilian Leather will be my summer scent...Congrats and Merci for your channel! All the best for 2023!

I just tried Lalibela!! It really does smell so unique! Just like Josephine said I literally think of Daenerys Targaryen from Game of thrones!! She’s right this perfume is one of a kind meant for one type of person its absolutely beautiful but not for everyone or the people who enjoy lighter fragrances
I just tried most of the Memo fragrances. I really like African leather. I really liked Inle, but after 2 hours or so I could barely smell it. It reminds me of Nuda Veritas, but this lasts longer. I really liked Moon fever, too, however, the dry down reminds me of Gris Charnel. I’m really thinking to buy Sherwood, the carrot oil in it is so unique. Lalibela and Marfa are quite nice, but a bit sweeter for my taste.
The buying guide series is sooo helpful! You have no idea how many times I’ve gone through your Initio guide! I was wondering where to start with the Memo paris line and now I feel I should start with Lalibela. One suggestion would be to add the overall performance of the perfume as well. Lots of love ❤️

It's like a see a Memo soul mate in you! 🤭 Fist of all, thank you for this great breakdown of the Memo line and collections. ❤ I love most of their creations, I have tried them and wore 4-5 of them. I agree Memo are on another level, really sophisticated and qualitative. I know almost all scents, except for their latest 3-4 releases. I am in love with Marfa, from the first sniff. I waited a lot and finally ordered it and is now my signature scent. (Downside the 75ml bottle is almost gone). The other personal favourite of mine is French Leather and will be my next full bottle. ;) In our collection at home we have Russian Leather and Moroccan very soon. Still have to smell a Memo fragrance, have seen them in a local store so I'll check some of them before Xmas. The ones that interest me the most from your descriptions: Russian Leather, and African Leather. About @9:37 , light and not suffocating fragrances, that could be a video topic on its own, isn't it? So far the lightest yet super pleasant frangrances I've smelled so far and would recommend others to try: - Molecule 01 - The Body Shop White Musk for Men - Zara Vetiver Pamplemousse
Update: went to a local Vollmar's store today, and smelled both Russian Leather and African Leather. I like both a lot, particularly by African Leather, feel particularly smitten by it, what a great oud fragrance! Definitely added to my wish list! It will have to wait a little now though, finally purchased Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille today there :)
Yes indeed that would be a great topic! Although I find most people are looking for super thick and heavy fragrances these days it seems... totally agree with you choices though!
What a stunning overview by a stunning person of a stunning house. Did I say stunning? Memo has some truly wonderful fragrances. My favourite are Irish and African Leather and Shams Oud.
African Leather & Italian leather from MEMO are easily the best Leather frags I've ever smelled and that's including all of Tom Ford's leather frags. MEMO has the Leather frags on lock and no one does it better than them IMO. Tom Ford would be the next closest but still no match for MEMO but of course it's all subjective so that's just my opinion but if you haven't tried either one of these please do yourself a favor and at least get you a decant of each today, you'll be so glad you did and I'll guarantee you'll be buying a full bottle of each of these just based on the first sniff and dry down alone...you'll see!

I got samples for probably all of them 😂 Marfa is extremely sweet for my taste. I liked Lalibela, Siwa and Both Italian and African Leather. The only downside for Lalibela is its lasting power tbh.

You know what, believe or not, this fragrance house is actually very difficult to find at a store. I'm going to have to purchase some samples to try them out.
My favourite from what ive sampled (around 7) are African Leather by far, then Marfa then Tamarindo. Lalibela was really underwhelming for me, smells like Narciso Rodriguez for Her which I don't like.

However, I should not have watched this because now I want everything from that house!I've always been attracted to the house because I do like leather notes and I love the fact they play on that note in every fragrance they do, but getting a further in depth review of each one of them..... I have fallen in love even more than I needed to!
UPDATE: Lalibela and French Leather are pure perfection. I see the similarity between Tamarindo and Coco Mademoiselle. My husband said “these smell a lot nicer than the other ones you’ve been testing recently.” I said “honey, you have great taste.” 😂💜

Oh my goodness, I ordered a discovery kit. I’ve only tried Lalibela-I love it. It smells so familiar! I used to use comptoir sud pacifique vanille abricot. Have you tried that? I think that’s what it reminds me of. :)

However, I should not have watched this because now I want everything from that house!I've always been attracted to the house because I do like leather notes and I love the fact they play on that note in every fragrance they do, but getting a further in depth review of each one of them..... I have fallen in love even more than I needed to!

UPDATE: Lalibela and French Leather are pure perfection. I see the similarity between Tamarindo and Coco Mademoiselle. My husband said “these smell a lot nicer than the other ones you’ve been testing recently.” I said “honey, you have great taste.” 😂💜

Oh my goodness, I ordered a discovery kit. I’ve only tried Lalibela-I love it. It smells so familiar! I used to use comptoir sud pacifique vanille abricot. Have you tried that? I think that’s what it reminds me of. :)
So helpfull and informative! Maybe I've missed it but did u talk about sintra? I smelled it for the first time today and fell in love but the scent is almost gone after 3/4 hours. Is this your experience as well? I feel like I want to go and smell all of them after this video 😀
